The banana is considered to be the body of a god of healing and by proxy is capable of healing the worst of hurts and illnesses. A person who eats this fruit will be instantly healed of all wounds and afflictions that they have at the moment.
Pomegranate of Knowledge - From Christianity.
Commonly mistaken for an apple, this fruit temporarily bestows the consumer with full self-awareness and deep knowledge of right and wrong. They will understand the full consequences of all of their actions. For example, the worst of hypocrites would realize their own hypocrisy and what that means for their entire set of ideals. Similarly, an amoral person would find themselves suddenly truly understanding the difference between right and wrong.
