Basically, Lucianne is going to have a fourth incarnation come in from Halcyon with the refugees. She already has three total on Earth so her powers would be changed minutely from

Omnipresence: Lucianne exists simultaneously across all dimensions and worlds at the same time. She has access to the knowledge of all of her incarnations at that particular point of their lives. In some worlds, she exists more than once. This is normally explained away as being part of a family with many identical looking women. On Earth, she has three incarnations: one in Ireland, one on Manta Carlos, and one in South Korea.
