November 17th, 1998 (19 years old) - Human/Shadow Walker - Female
Citizen - Shadowsilk Seamstress at Dark Arts Fashion
Citizen - Shadowsilk Seamstress at Dark Arts Fashion
Appearance
Live stands just under 5' 8" and weights about 140lbs. She is curvy, skinny and not particularly muscular. Her skin is pale like she desperately needs a tan, and her hair is such a dark brown that in contrast to her skin it looks almost black. It is thick, has a slight, natural curl to it, and falls below her shoulders. She often wears it down or with a hat and has recently started dying a couple streaks blue-ish green.
She has a strong jaw and her eyes are a dull shade of gray that can look blue in the sunlight. Her lips are a soft pink and her nose is slightly bigger than it "should be", leading Live to hate it. Her eyebrows are well shaped and she doesn't wear a lot of makeup, besides eye makeup if she has time in the morning. She has her left eyebrow pierced, the lobes of her ears pierced, her tragus pierced, and two piercings on her left cartilage.
She is fashionable when she wants to be, but she isn't one to show much skin. Black is a must for every outfit and she has either altered or made from scratch (or Shadow Silk) most of the things she wears. She loves long necklaces and big rings.

A first impression of Live? She is an edgy bitch. However, she doesn't really think of this as a bad thing. To her, it just means she is honest and that makes some people uncomfortable which she is more than okay with it. Her job is not to make sure everyone else feels "good". In fact, she prides herself in her ability to break people's happy bubble. She doesn't do this to an extreme though, unless she is in a really terrible mood, but she is not going to sugar coat things for you. She tries to be a bit more gentle with kids (meaning elementary age and below) but she also believes that being aware of the pain and danger present in the world is vitally important. She is okay with the idea that people may lead happy lives with relatively little suffering. In fact, if you were to have a real conversation with her, you'd find that she actually hopes that people can avoid heartache as much as possible. She just believes that the best way to do this is to be aware that anything and everything could attack at any moment and you need to be ready to fight it.
Let's say that for whatever reason, you are okay with Live being angsty (though she hates that word) and bitchy, she doesn't find you too annoying to be around and you two become reasonable acquaintances (not yet friends tho mind you). The next thing you will come to learn about Live is that she has a very violent way of reacting to world. If something sad happens, like a cat getting hit by a car (sorry kids), her first reaction will be to chase down the car that hit the cat and attempt, and almost definitely fail, at beating the shit out of whoever was driving. If someone insults her shoes, it will take her about two minutes of banter to decide words aren't enough and slug them in the face. Or try to again. Again, though Live reacts pretty violently to things, she is unfortunately not that great at fighting. At least physically. Her Shadow Manipulation ability definitely helps but when she is angry she is really not that in control of her abilities. It's kind of sad actually but probably better for everyone else. Hopefully, Live gets a handle on her violent tendencies before she becomes more powerful or else she could be a real danger to herself and society.
If you are somehow not completely perturbed by this and Live for some reason finds you agreeable enough to spend actual time with you, what you will learn next about her may shock and surprise you. Or maybe not. You may have seen this one coming. Live is really, really sad. Her childhood was tragic (I know, I'm so original). Her father died when she was four, her mother became an abusive alcoholic and her brother abandoned her for drugs. She doesn't think the world is safe and doesn't believe she can trust anyone but herself. She puts up a hard exterior in an attempt to keep herself safe but all this really accomplishes is keeping her lonely. If you do find yourself privileged enough to see a softer side of Live, beware. While this may look like a good sign it is also extremely dangerous as Live is a very unhealthy individual. If she is allowing you into her inner world, even just a millimeter of it, you better not break a damn thing or worse, ask to go deeper. To her, just telling you (with a straight face, might I add) that she sometimes feels depressed or that her dad died is just as vulnerable as crying is to the average person. She wants to be in control at all times and if you ask for something she has decided she is not ready to give, she will kick you so far out of her life that you will be left wondering if you are even on the same planet anymore.
However, if you are someone who cares little about emotional things and you just wanna go get wasted and stoned, she is more than happy to hangout with you. Again, she is actually really lonely inside so having someone to be with (so long as they aren't asking for emotional things from her) is really nice.
There is one other stipulation to all of this. Let's say that for whatever reason Live decides that keeping you in her life is something she actually wants. This may be for one of two reasons: you seem to me important to her survival (very utilitarian here) or you remind her something she has lost (extremely sentimental). If this is you, she will actually kind of chill out a bit. Don't think she will go getting all mushy on you (unless she's wasted, then she might let it slip) but she won't be quite so bitchy and not so violent, too. She will also show you a reasonable amount of respect (more than she shows authority figures) and will stay mindful of things that may upset you. She will probably still find some button to push or rule to bend but she will do her best to keep you from getting too upset because the last thing she will want is to lose you. That is, of course, until you prove no longer useful (geez, Live why yah gotta be so rude?) or you start pushing her boundaries too much. She may want you around but she also still wants her control, so don't forget that.
As mentioned above, Live does not respect those in authority such as police, teachers, law makers, therapists, CEOs, etc. She does have one exception to this: elders or people entering into the final stages of life. She will still buck up against their rules and want to test their knowledge but she is much more likely to listen to and respect them. But, if you are an old cop, meh. Probably on the same standing as a middle aged baker.
Live also doesn't want to owe anyone, anything. She does her best to keep all her relationships on even ground. You give her a cookie, she gives you a cookie the next day. She doesn't want anyone to be able to hold something over her head. If she does owe you a debt (which you may be completely unaware that you are even in need of having repaid) and she doesn't have the means by which to repay it, she may become pretty defensive around you. She's waiting for the moment when you ask her when she intends to return the favor you did for her three weeks ago.
All of this makes dating rather difficult with Live. She usually dates for very utilitarian purposes and does her best to keep her feelings out of it. She has zero desire to be a mother and marriage is something she would only consider for, again, utilitarian reasons. It's pretty easy to see that Live isn't dating for all the mushy-gushy stuff and if you ask her about it, she will tell you straight up why she's with you. Takes either a really big heart or someone just as utilitarian as her to go through dating Live. She would never tell you that she sleeps around but when she is really wasted, she can find herself making questionable decisions. She is more likely to wake up in bed with a girl than a guy, but she wouldn't consider dating a girl. When she is sober, she really doesn't think about girls that way. It's honestly just a drunk thing. Like how she would never sing in public sober but she's definitely gotten wasted and gone to karaoke night.
It is also important to note that Live has bipolar depression. During a manic episode, she is likely to think very highly of herself and act pretty cocky. She is more likely to get into fights, thinking she actually stands a chance because there was that one time she actually did knock somebody out cold. She will spend more time out at bars, racking up ridiculous tabs, and will be more social with her friends, looking for excuses to hangout. Her sleep quantity also drops severely and she will spend an excessive amount of time meditating and playing with her abilities. During a depressive episode, she is more likely to withdraw from those she is close to as feelings of fear that she has become dependent on others slip in. She doesn't like to feel her feels though, so she will spend a lot of time alone drinking and getting high. She will sometimes neglect meditating, which is crucial for her abilities, and sleep, second to drinking of course, becomes her priority.
There is one place that Live does allow some real vulnerability and emotion: art. She carries her sketchbook with her just about everywhere and is always looking for something interesting to doodle, mostly faces. She usually won't let you see the more personal pieces though. Most of these come out of a depressive episode when she is drunk and home alone. She creates abstract, collage pieces. Again, you will probably never see these.
Finally, if you didn't already figure this out yet, Live is a functioning alcoholic. She is in complete denial about it. Her mother was an alcoholic and being like her mother is the last thing she wants. Her mother of course was not functioning (Live had to learn how to pay bills at the age of eight so the power wouldn't get turned off every month) so at least she has that going for her. It's going to take something pretty dramatic to get Live to change this habit as she has been drinking (and smoking pot) since middle school.

Active Abilities
- Shadow Manipulation: She can control darkness, or shadows, making them move in ways they should not be able to, even have them take on a solid form. She can easily control shadows within a thirty-foot radius of herself. If she focuses hard enough, this radius of control can reach up to fifty-feet but only for a few moments. Her ability to control this is based on her emotional state of being. If she is in control of her emotions, she is in complete control of her abilities. The stronger her emotions, the more power she has behind her abilities. At its peak, she could use shadows to uproot a tree. However, if she loses control of her emotions and begins to act rashly, proportional to the intensity, she loses control of the shadows. This may just look a room getting a bit darker when Live walks in if she is depressed to shadows seemingly springing to life to fight for Live and protect her from perceived danger.
- This ability is actually at its core a light manipulation but since Live has not yet realized this, her abilities remain limited.
- Shadow Form: She can also transform her body into darkness and use the darkness that runs constantly throughout the world to transport herself places. She can remain in this form for ten to fifteen minutes, depending on how much light there is and her emotional control. She can travel about a few miles in this amount of time.
- Magic: The connection she has with the Shadow Realm allows her to practice dark magic and demonic rituals with greater ease. She has only trained herself in two specific skills: charming items with shadow magic (such as clothing so it can transform into darkness with her) and summoning demons from the Dark, a specific area of the Shadow Realm.
- Other skills she could train: removing darkness of the head, heart and soul; sending people and objects into the Shadow Realm; and summoning creatures from other areas of the Shadow Realm.
- Notes: Live needs to spend time in meditation (sitting and focusing on her breathing) in order to use these abilities effectively. Two minutes of meditation translates to about an hour of ability usage. One hour of meditation translates to about a full 24 hours of power usage. Whenever Live's uses her Active Abilities, her eyes turn completely black.
Passive Abilities
- Shadow Vision: Live's eyes are especially sensitive to darkness. Most people walk into a light room and see all the things the light touches. Live sees all the places it doesn't. This enhanced vision is also affected by a curse she received from a demon named Score. Its effects have been waning.
- If Live trains her Magic ability in removing darkness of the head, heart and soul, this ability will be crucial.
- Cyrstal Collection: Live has specific stones that are meant to help protect her or enhance her abilities. The effects, however, are more or less negligible to most creatures on the island unless they are especially sensitive to auras or rocks. She uses most of these rocks during meditation or wears them as jewelry. So long as it is on her person, she can feel the effects. The crystals will also respond to Live as well, especially during meditation. She often finds specific stones end up losing their color or even seem to crack on the inside. Because of this, replacing her crystals is a near weekly procedure.
- Tigers Eye Necklace: Protection while traveling.
- Moonstone: Emotionally balancing. Held during mediation.
- Rainbow Crystals: Stones used for meditation to help balance her chakras/energy.
Weaknesses
- Sunlight: Live is vulnerable to light; it makes her feel weak and ill. More than half an hour of direct sunlight will cause her to black out and an hour of exposure will lead to death.

Lilly was born in Suwanee, Georgia to James and Maria Love. She was the second born, with a brother named Michael who was seven years older than her. Her mother worked as an office assistant at a real-estate company and her father was a truck driver. They were high school sweethearts who got married because Maria got pregnant with Michael. Maria's father was a pastor who disowned her. James' parents had been in a similar situation, except James did the honorable thing and married the woman he knocked up instead of running away.
When Lilly was five years old, her father was in a horrible accident on his way home for the holidays and passed away after two days on life support. Maria turned to alcohol for support and the responsibility of the house fell onto Michael's shoulders. He was only 12 at the time but he did his best to take care of Lilly, making sure she got cleaned, went to school, and was fed. Their mother, when blackout drunk, would fall into fits of rage that would often fall upon her children. Michael would do his best to make sure most of this rage fell on him and not Lilly. For the next two years, she came to depend greatly on her brother. He was her rock and her protector. It was during this time that Lilly got her nickname, Live. Michael gave it to her, a combination of her first and last name, and a little joke between them because of Lilly's strong will.
However, things changed as Michael got into high school. He fell into a bad group of friends and started doing hard drugs. He started slipping away from Lilly, coming home later and later, doing less and less to help out at the house and protect Lilly from their mother. By the time Lilly was 10, Michael had almost stopped coming home at all, only returning a couple times a week to pass out for a while, shower, and leave again.
One life-altering evening, Lilly had just finished her dinner and was cleaning her plate when the front door flew open suddenly. In came Michael, blood on his shirt, a black eye forming, and a panicked look on his face. He was 17 now, tall, with dark hair and strong features like Lilly, but he looked sick and drained. He ran to his room and began throwing things into a bag. Worried and scared, Lilly ran to him asking and begging him to tell her what was going on. She grabbed his arm, trying to get him to respond to her. He spun around, sending Lilly flying to the floor, and yelled, "Shut the fuck up!"
Instantly, tears began to well in her eyes and everything went silent and still. Michael paused, and for a moment despair, pain, sorrow, and regret flashed across his face. He opened his mouth as if to say something but suddenly there were sounds of sirens. His expression jolted back to panic and he turned quickly and tried to grab his bag and run. Before he could make it out of the house, he was on the floor in handcuffs. Everything after was a blur as rooms were searched, questions were asked, and her drunk of a mother acted the soberest Lilly had seen since her father's funeral.
When all the police had left and her mother had returned to her room with another bottle of scotch, Lilly went silently into her brother's room and sat on the bed, pulling herself into a tight ball. As she lay there, she felt something come over her and when she opened her eyes, she saw the shadows of the room growing and covering her. However, she wasn't scared. She felt safe. This was when she decided to take on Live as her new name, despising her birth name.
Her powers grew slowly from there. She was smart and did her best to hide her abilities. When she entered middle school, things got harder. Kids can be cruel, and Live often was the object of this cruelty. She was poor, fatherless, with an abusive mother and a brother in jail for three counts of assault, intent to distribute, and possession of every drug under the sun. Depression and anxiety set in. She started skipping school to smoke weed with her neighbor Ryan and pushing away from the one real friend she did have, a girl named Marsh.
In high school, things got better but Live's attitude got colder. Her depression turned to apathy. Her anxiety and panic attacks turned to anger. She became hardened and detached. Soon she lived a life that revolved around herself and her own survival. This was the final straw that broke the back of her struggling friendship with Marsh.
The summer before Live's sophomore year, her father's mother, a Native American woman named Cheyenne, began reaching out. It seemed she was aware that Live was different, though she never broached the subject directly. She was able to provide some resources to Live, books and websites, that opened Live's eyes to the idea of Walkers; spirit guides used by Native tribes years and years ago.
It seemed that things seemed to be going in a decent direction, until one day Jennifer, a girl who used to torment Live in middle school, returned from her two year stay at her grandparent's house for "some time away". It was just after Valentines Day, and Live was walking home from school after an especially terrible few days, thanks to her ex-boyfriend James and her ex-best friend Marsh. She was taking a shortcut through the woods, as usual, when she came across a group of about ten kids out smoking weed. Jennifer was one of them.
Jennifer began throwing all the taunting words she could at Live, "Hey freak show! Sacrifice any cows recently? Did you start selling coke and heroine yet too? I think I saw your mom at the corner store stocking up for the weekend. I never knew such a small woman could consume so much vodka and not die instantly! She has toothpicks for arms; I don't know how she carried it all. Too bad she's a widow. She could use a husband to help her carry all that!"
As each word left the girls mouth, Live could feel her anger rising until it was too much and she lost control of her powers. She didn't even realize what had happened until it was over. By the time Live had control again, she had uprooted three trees, one of which had almost crushed one of the boys.
The next week of school was torture as rumors spread and questions were asked. Live started skipping school again and it looked like things were only about to get worse. Then a letter came. Starlight Academy. When Live opened the letter she cried. She had a way out of her horrible town. Away from all the pain and memories in her home and at school. She was finally going to be free and could live her own life, and for once, maybe she wouldn't be the only freak around.

Name: Lilly Anne Love
Nickname: Live
Age: 16
Birthday: November 17th
Gender: Female
Category: Student
Class: Rising High School Junior
Appearance Description: Live stands just under 5' 7" and weights about 125lbs. She is slim, but still strong. Her skin is pale, like she desperately needs a tan, and her hair is such a dark brown that, in contrast to her skin, it looks almost black. Her hair is thick, has a slight natural wave to it, and falls to the small of her back. She often wears it down or with a hat. She has a very strong jaw and a beautiful face. Her eyes are a dull shade of gray that can look blue in the sunlight and her lips are a soft pink. Her nose is small and fits her face, but turns up slightly at the tip, leading Live to hate it. Her eyebrows are dark like her hair though she has learned how to keep them well shaped. She doesn't wear a lot of makeup, besides eye makeup if she has time in the morning. She has her left eyebrow pierced, the lobes of her ears pierced, her tragus pierced, and two piercings on her left cartilage. As far as clothes go, she wears anything she can afford that is dark and brand-less. She always wears pants or long skirts and dresses, never shorts; black boots are always preferable and Satanic symbols are a must. She has the most ridiculous collection of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and any other crazy jewelry that would lead one to believe she smokes a lot of weed, was suppose to be a hippie, and probably worships the devil. Overall, she looks like your fairly average angst-y teenager.
Personality Description:
Powers: Live is a Shadow Walker. She is a human, with a human mother and father, but her soul is special. While most souls simply enter the human body untouched by the spirit world, Live's soul passed through a shadow demon before it entered her body. It was because of her mothers personal demons that Live's soul came in contact with this spirit. It did not harm her in anyway, only left her with a stronger connection to the spirit world than most humans and special abilities from the shadow demon. She can control darkness and shadows, making them move in ways they should not be able to, even taking on a solid form. She can only control shadows within a thirty foot radius of herself, though this can shift to almost fifty yards if she focuses extremely hard and is only controlling a small amount of darkness for a few seconds. When she creates shadows that are of solid form, she cannot make them do anything that she physical cannot do. The shadows she controls are simply an extension of her body and therefor have similar limits to her physical ones. She can also transform her body into shadows and use the darkness that runs constantly throughout the world to transport herself places. Of course, the longer the distance the more energy and drain it takes on the physical part of her body and she can only stay in this form for so long. If she is well rested physically and mentally, she can travel about a mile in the shadows before she is forced back into her physical form. Also the connection she has with the spirit world allows her to practice dark magic and demonic rituals with greater ease. She can see spirits and other entities that go unseen the the average human and also summon creatures or talk to the dead. This is where all that Satanic stuff comes in. For the most part, Live has control over her powers. It is only when she is in extreme emotional states that she loses control. If this happens her form shifts to half human, half shadow demon. The darkness will also start to respond to her emotions as well, taking on a life of its own and rushing to Live's side to protect her. During this time, her abilities strength can get up to four times stronger, however it drains a lot on her physical body and she cannot remain at this level for more than a few minutes. Also, of course, Live is very vulnerable to light. It makes her feel weak and ill. More than half an hour in direct sunlight will have Live blacking out. Also, whenever Live's powers or abilities are active or being used, her eyes turn completely black.
Father: James Michael Love, Deceased, Truck Driver
Mother: Maria Elizabeth Love, 43, unemployed
Sibling: Michael Edward Love, 23, unknown
History: Lilly was born in Suwanee, Georgia to James and Maria Love. She was the second born, with a brother seven years older than her. Her life was simple but happy. Her mother worked as an office assistant at a real-estate company and her father was a truck driver. Everything was going fine in life for the first five years, until one fateful December. Lilly's father was in a horrible accident on his way home for the holidays and passed away after two days on life support. This was the starting point for all the misery that has filled Lilly's life. Her mother had been an alcoholic and with the death of her husband and no family left to lean on, she quickly relapsed. The responsibility of the house then fell quickly onto Lilly's brother Michael's shoulders. He was only 12 at the time but he did his best to take care of Lilly, making sure she got cleaned, went to school, and was fed. Their mother also would get black out drunk and fall into fits of rage that often fell upon her children. Michael would do his best to make sure most of this rage fell on him and not Lilly. For the next two years, she came to depend greatly on her brother. He was her rock and her protector. It was during this time that Lilly got her nickname, Live. Michael gave it to her, a combination of her first and last name, and a little joke between the two because of Lilly's strong will. However, things changed as Michael got into high school. He fell into a bad group of friends and started doing drugs (and not just smoking and drinking). He started slipping away from Lilly, coming home later and later, doing less and less to help out at the house and protect Lilly from their mother. This continued until by the time Lilly was 10, he had almost stopped coming home at all, only returning every few nights to pass out for a while, shower, and leave again. Until one life altering evening in March. Lilly had just finished her dinner and was cleaning her plate when the front door suddenly flew open. In came Michael, blood on his shirt, a black eye forming, and a panicked look on his face. He was 17 now, tall, strong, dark hair and strong features like Lilly, but he looked sick and drained. He ran to his room and began throwing things in a bag. Worried and scared, Lilly ran to him asking and begging him to tell her what was going on. She wasn't stupid and she could tell nothing good was about to happen. When Michael continued to ignore her, she grabbed his arm to try to get him to respond to her. He spun around, sending Lilly flying to the floor, and yelled, "Shut the fuck up!". Instantly, tears began to well in her eyes and everything went silent and still. Michael paused, and for a moment despair, pain, sorrow, and regret flashed across his face. He opened his mouth as if to say something but suddenly there were sounds of sirens and running feet. His expression jolted back to panic and he turned quickly and tried to grab his bag and run. But the police were already in the house and before he could make it out of Lilly's view, he was on the floor in handcuffs. Everything after was a blur as rooms were searched, questions were asked, and her drunk of a mother acted the most sober Lilly had seen since her fathers death. When all the police had left and her mother had returned to her room with another bottle of scotch, Lilly went silently into her brothers room and sat on the bed, pulling herself into a tight ball. She began to cry and cry, for the first time since her fathers death. As she lay there, she began to feel a sort of darkness come over her and when she opened her eyes, she saw the shadows of the room growing and covering her. However, even at only age ten, she wasn't scared. She felt safe. This was when she decided to take on Live as her new name, despising her birth name. Her powers grew slowly from there. She was smart and did her best to hide her abilities. As she got into middle school, things got harder. Kids can be cruel, and Live often was the object of this cruelty. She was poor, fatherless, with an abusive mother and a brother in jail for three counts of assault, intention to distribute, and possession of every drug under the sun. Depression and anxiety set in. She started skipping school and pushing away from any friends she had left, though there were few and none who were that involved in her life. She began smoking weed when she was 12 and started drinking when she was 13. She had a few relationships, guys and a girl, but nothing that meant anything. High school things got better but Live's attitude got colder. Her depression turned to uncaring. Her anxiety and panic attacks turned to anger. She became hardened and detached. Soon she lived a life that revolved around herself and her own survival. However, as she began her sophomore year, she started to find some relief in art and the spirit world her abilities let her access too. For a year, things seemed to be in a decent direction, until one day Jennifer, a girl who use to torment Live in middle school, returned from her two year stay at her grandparents house for "some time away". It was just after Valentines Day, and Live was walking home from school. She was taking a short cut through the woods, as usual, when she came across a group of about ten kids out smoking weed. Overall, she looks like your fairly average angst-y teenager.
Personality Description:
- Primary Motivator: Live's life as not been an easy one and after dealing with much pain, loneliness and disappointment, she has come to realize that life will be cruel and you have to be cruel to survive it. She only lives for herself and her own survival. Her only true motivation is to take care of herself.
- Emotional Dispostion: For the most part Live will be melancholy and generally disinterested. She isn't really in a good mood or a bad mood more often than the other, she is just often in a mood.
- Moodiness: She tends to stay fairly level headed, if she only had to interact with herself that is. Other people can quickly tick her off and send her from calm to raging mad.
- Outlook: Live is a pessimist. She is highly cynical and very distrusting. She has a talent for seeing the bad in everything and being in a constant negative state of mind. However, she isn't a depressed sort of person. She just realizes that there is a lot of shit and rather than try to "find the silver lining" she just embraces the darkness.
- Integrity: Live is highly responsible and a very hard worker, when she wants to be. She does the things she knows she needs to do and she does them well. When interacting with others, she is very straight forward that she really doesn't care about them and in that way is very honest. She won't bullshit around with you.
- Impulsiveness: Everything Live does is with a purpose. She won't waste time and energy on things that she has no care for. However, if she gets really ticked off, her actions become less so calculated and she has no problem taking risks, whatever that may mean.
- Boldness: Though she tends to keep to herself, Live is not in the least bit shy. She has no problem speaking her mind and can at sometimes be too bold in the things she says.
- Flexibility: When Live sets her mind on something, she budges about as easily as a ten ton boulder. She is always open to new ideas and thoughts, however she takes them as she wants to, at her own pace, so don't bother trying to shove your view on her because she will shove it right off.
- Affinity: Live is a cold, self absorbed, and uncaring person. She doesn't care about others in the sense that she knows they will only serve to cause to greater difficulty in her life so she will not waste anything on them. However, she is not unnecessarily rude. She knows that some people may lead happy lives and she doesn't wish unhappiness on them, just that they don't bother her.
- Comportment: As far as social interaction, she has almost none. If she does have to talk to people, she tends to be defensive and detached. There are a few people that Live can find some pleasure talking to and with them she will be generally pleasant, though still very detached and negative.
- Interactivity: If you wouldn't have guessed, Live doesn't like to interact with anyone if she doesn't have to. She is a loner who only speaks to people when she has too.
- Disclosure: Live may dislike talking to people but she will do it if she must. However, she will definitely not open up to you about anything. She is extremely closed off when it comes to anything personal and if she does mention anything it will be highly cryptic and further questions will lead you to nothing but a brick wall.
- Conformity: To say that Live is a bit on the unconventional side, would be putting it lightly. Of course in today's society, with the growth of subcultures, she has found some acceptance in the "goth" and "emo" stereotypes though she still pushes away from these groups. She is rebellious and very artsy. She follows the norms that suit her and ignores the ones that don't.
- Sense of Humor: She isn't the comical type and her sense of humor is very dry, though she does enjoy comedy movies.
- Sexuality: Live is heterosexual, though she did try dating a girl once in middle school but found that she would just rather date boys and make out with girls. However, she isn't very interested in relationships right now and doesn't see much of a point in them. If she does get kind of flirty, it would probably be because she is very drunk and/or lonely.
- Religion & Spirituality: Live plays off the Satanic symbols on everything as simply a style choice, but this is not the case. While she doesn't worship the devil and sacrifice animals, she aligns herself with the more demonic side of religion. She keeps her beliefs to herself though and tolerates any religion that will tolerate her. She doesn't care about converting others and her beliefs don't affect her daily life. They more than anything just come with the territory of being a Shadow Walker.
- Habits, Quirks, and Oddities: Live is a nuckle cracker and when bored will pick at and play with her nails. She also constantly plays with her pentagram necklace.
- Hobbies and Enjoyments: Since Live hates almost everything, it is very much worth noting the few things she actually, legitimately likes. The first may surprise but Live loves to shop. Thrift stores of course. Art is also one of her strong suits though her pieces tend to make many feel uncomfortable for an assortment of reasons. She likes reading, video games, getting drunk, smoking weed, and just spending time alone. She is very good at cooking but she sees it as more of a survival skill than anything else. She likes the night, stars, and anything dark and creepy. Horror movies are a favorite pass time as well. She loves music, anything dark and mysterious. Metal, acoustic, rap, alternative. Genre doesn't really matter its the sound of the song that counts.
- Topics of Conversation: If for some reason someone actually wanted to talk to Live, movies, art, and drugs would be decent places to start. Not many people make it past this, leaving the rest of Live to be mostly uncharted territory.
- Mental and Emotional Disorders: Though Live has never been officially diagnosed with anything, she has some issues "upstairs". She is on her way to being an alcoholic and already is a stoner. She use to be extremely depressed and dealt with panic attacks and anxiety in middle school. A lot of this was hormones and childhood trauma and Live has grown into a much more stable person. However, she has a borderline personality disorder with relapses into depression, panic attacks, and anxiety. But she would never let anyone see this side of her. She is too controlled for that.
