Personality Description:
He is a timid, shy, and complacent person and does not usually talk to people until spoken to. He tends to stay in corners and usually goes unnoticed. He is also moody at times, and is easy to anger in this state. In a group, he functions best as the second in command.
He also is a ditz, which tends to get him in a lot of trouble. Even with this, he is very combat capable and displays a different, and more calm demeanor in threatening scenarios.
Despite being a former mercenary, he usually stays out of conflict, and values friendship. Around friends, he usually shows his flashy personality and occasionally cracks a bad joke. He values his friends more than himself.

Telekinesis - His first learned ability. He discovered it by accident after trying to lift a remote out of laziness. He uses it to manipulate objects without physical means, erect an impenetrable barrier, float for a limited time, and to wield multiple weapons. He sometimes uses it to crush objects into a tightly compacted ball to pass time.
Electrokinesis - Having learned to manipulate his energy about a year later, he developed his lightning through self studies.
He achieves this by imagining a lightning current running from his body and out of his appendages, and can control its intensity at will.
His current mastery of the ability can make him do a harmless zap from his index finger, fill a room with a lethal charge, and in rare cases to form a miniature storm.
He can also combine this with his telekinesis to produce interesting results.
The sheer power of these abilities is offset by his sub-par energy pool resulting in him becoming very fatigued after using a lot of power spells.
[Secondary]
Arms Proficiency - Anything within a range of 300 yards can be easily picked off by Sky; he can also execute point shooting with up to par performance. Combined with telekinetic wielding, he basically becomes a one man army.
His arsenal includes the following:
2x Beretta M9 - His main sidearm of choice. He may either wield them individually or by dual with greater firing speed at the cost of accuracy.
2x Spectre M4 - Imagine the pistols with the added feature of full auto fun with even lesser accuracy.
Assault Carbine - His main weapon of choice. This gas operated bullpup rifle fires 7.62x51mm bullets with a firerate of 850rpm. It also has a built-in 25mm grenade launcher which utilizes HE, Incendiary, Smoke, or Stun.
Autolaser Rifle - This weapon is his designated marksman rifle. Anyone or anything within the bead of its reticle is bound to have a gaping cauterised hole on it. The only issue with this gun is that it overheats after one battery pack.
Desert Eagle - Although he rarely uses it, he keeps one around as a parting gift from the mercenary company that he worked with.
The one thing that counters this packed heat is expense of munitions. Unless he decides to go work in a mercenary company, he won't have much funds for supplies.
Biography: Hailing from the lands of Arabia where his parents work as OFW's, he had lived a relatively normal life until that one day during high school where he accidentally ingested an artifact hidden in a street food containing an essence that granted him his abilities. The origins of this mysterious object and why it contained such powers is puzzling. Its source could probably be one of the reasons why some people have been developing "special" abilities.
He had no idea that he acquired his abilities until he tried to lazily grab a far away remote. He kept it secret at first, training himself in secluded locations until he started integrating it in his daily life.
He then joined a band of people who have similar abilities to manipulate energies, who were then doing mercenary work as an extra source of money. Quitting after 1 year of service, he then studied at a university aiming for a certificate in fine arts.
One fateful day, he woke up to a knocking on his dorm window. He peered out and found a letter inviting him to a certain academy for gifted individuals.

Being an arts student, he has experience in traditional media. He also currently delving in digital arts as self study. He plays the piano and can replicate most melodies that he hears.
His temporary job being a mercenary also granted him decent skills with small arms.
