Personality Description:
He normally keeps very quite due to his past. He try's to keep out of most drama in fear of losing his temper and hurting more people. When he reaches a high point of anger or fear his powers seem to flare out of control until the threat is gone. He is mostly a kind soul, who likes to see everyone with a smile. If someone is sad he will usually try to turn them around. Though he stays away from most high temper people. He only kills when needed, to people he seems evil or the point where there a threat to everyone. He has most control over his powers and through most of his life has learned to control most of them at least until a emotional rush.

fire blasts - able to do either small balls of fire or charged up for large blasts
fire Melee weaponry- able to create any melee weapon from fire and able to throw it as if it were a fire blast.
fire shield- able to create a shield of fire only around the body in any shape to block incoming attacks

lighting blast- a basic lighting bolt from the hands
lightning redirect- able to redirect lightning from nature or from another source
weakness
Extreme cold- zero degree temperatures unable to make heat with low body temp
Rain -unable to make fire if under constant water source
Poor Self control- if anger or scared fire becomes a wild fire unless user is stopped by outside source.
Two Limits
From a instant production from either power it would be considered enough to do a 1st degree burn. Through concentration and a few moments to build energy He would be able to destroy a concrete wall and most metals or make a good size creator ,a 5 foot square radius.But nothing more.
For blocking purposes if around whole body it would block most melting metal that would go through it at min it could fry wood or set something on fire.To A person it would cause 3rd degree burns at max. All depending on his levels of concentration.
During a wildfire emotional outbreak it increasing to maximum as stated above producing fire only, no lightning. Until emotion is over come by one self or outside source stops him or calms him down.
Biography:
Kan was born in japan and raised as the typical Japanese student. Pushed to get good grades and get a good job like anything other kid. He manged to learn the English language through grade school getting mostly top marks. When some kids got jealous of him and began to bully him. He tried with most of his might to ignore them and walk away. Most of the time it was just name calling and the like. This went through most of grade school until the age of 14.
But one day during that year they got ticked from the lack of response from him and demanded something from the insults. They backed him into a wall not letting him leave and began to punch him and kick him. He screamed for help but no one came as the beating continued he made one last scream as his body flared up like a wild fire igniting the students near by the screamed in horror running away in fear trying to put out there flames.
Kan watched in amazement as the flames swarmed over him leaving him unharmed. A few teachers watched in fear as he was kicked out from school the next day.
His parents anger and in shock from his abilities didn't know what to do no school would take him in now. All they could think of was sending him to a monstrosity maybe they could fix him they thought. When he arrived in sadness from leaving is homeland. The monks took him in being well informed of his abilities taught him self control over his emotions and teaching his to control his abilities.
They taught him his basic schooling and the art of Chaquan to better funnel his fire and control. He trained like this for the next five years, Until the monks presented him with a special letter to a academy to finish his schooling with others like himself. The joy sweep-ed over him to rejoin society and have a normal life. He thanked the monks for all they did for him before making the journey to the academy what awaited for him there on the island. Who knows but he couldn't wait.
