She let out a happy sigh at the sunlight outside. It wasn't too warm anymore since it was November now and she had a sweater on over her normal clothes but sunny days meant for light for her to play with! Her butterflies were already getting a bit brighter by the moment.

"So, where are we going?" Anh Sang said, walking beside Marina. The butterflies had cleared a ring around the two of them, sometimes doing loops above their heads.

"I was thinking the cafeteria, buuuut...." Marina grinned, walking ahead to the college cafe. "How would you like to try one of the cafes at the colleges? They're very neat! Their cakes are pretty legit. What kind of cakes do you like?

Marina nodded. "Is that so? I would've thought little girls like cream and icing!"

As they walked, eventually, she caught sight of the cafe in the distance. It was a very modern, angular buildings with clear walls and brown pillars. "I hear all the cool college students eat here." She winked at Anh Sang. "Now you're a cool college student for the day."

"I do like icing," Anh Sang admitted. "But buttercream is pretty weird. They love using lots of that in Asia, though!" She ducked her head at bit at Marina's complimented, because it made her feel all bubbly inside. She had decided, right at that moment, that not only was Marina cool and awesome, she was also very nice.

Saying that would be weird, though, so she just beamed so much that maybe the entire place was a bit brighter. And it had nothing to do with her magic.

Marina took Anh Sang into the nice cafe and seated them at a table. Normally, they would have to walk to the counter to order, but Marina was a freaking queen. A waiter walked up to them with menus.

She smiled at Anh Sang. "Order anything you want, honey."

"Okay!" She glanced at the menus for a little while. Thankfully, she could at least recognize some words, though the fancier things were just plain weird to her. It was helpful that each of the items had these little descriptions to go with them, too.

Though Anh Sang had an idea of what she wanted, she asked Marina, too. "What do you normally get here?"

"I really like the strawberry shortcake, but the apple walnut is pretty good too. I might just have red velvet today, though." She waved the menu at the waiter and grinned at him. "A slice of red velvet for me and English Breakfast tea. What about you, Anh Sang?"

"I guess I'll have the apple walnut, then, please!" Anh Sang said. She had been planing on some sort of apple desert anyways. Probably something boring and safe like pie but the thing that Marina mentioned sounded better. "Um, maybe the raspberry tea?" She squinted at the text a little. It looked like some kind of an iced tea, which was fine. She just really wanted something sweet.

That was fine with Marina. As soon as they ordered, the waiter left.

Marina focused her attention to Anh Sang and steepled her fingers to give this meeting a more 'official' vibe. "So, what did you want to talk about?"
