He can only manipulate the causality of things that he can visually recognize, and only on contact. For example, if someone were to nuke a mountain, he most likely wouldn't be able to restore the whole mountain at once.
- Mental Fortification: Dominus is well trained to combat mental abilities, such as mind-reading and even benevolent telepathy. In essence, he's used to his mind being his own. Things that try to affect his mind have a MUCH harder time getting through.
Biography: Dominus was born in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a young child, he enjoyed the forest so much that when he started music lessons, he'd always spend his time playing one musical instrument or another there in whatever free time he got. During those years, the lush greeness of the Lithuanian countryside would echo with whatever he happened to be playing at the time.
However, this was all to end. With a burst of civil unrest, his family was force to relocate. In the ensuing migration, Dominus was separated from his family and ended up in America, where he worked his way up to a PhD in the fine arts (music, naturally).
It was at this point, so late in his life, that his powers developed. The odd gash disappearing, the odd plate smashed that... wasn't smashed after all. It was then that he knew where he needed to apply to work before things got too out of hand... he didn't want to seem more out-of-place than he was already, as an Eastern-European working among Americans.
