CULTIST/MINDSLAVES WANTED

I did have something else up but this is insanely important to my new char Cylthic. He needs to create a cult whose main purpose is to feed and worship Cylthic's father. Cylthic's father is a being of pure darkness, feeding off the fears of others. The way Cylthic normal gets members is using his Terroize power to learn a person's fear and then drive them to the near brink of insanity with whispers telling the target to follow Cylthic and his father. It is aaceptable to follow them with a their own will but it will be unlikely. There is a type of hierachy for this and I'm just going to assign them by when they were marked. Meaning the first five will get the highest rank, so on and so forth. Though it is possible to be promoted all the way up to priest
