"Actually..." Zora said with a hint of a smile, "Can I see a book on that?" she asked Ithai. Azure dragon, hell yes, the book was for Celeste's son, Azure. How cool would that be to be able to present him with something that was indirectly related to his name?

"On Chinese elements?" Ithai asked. "There isn't much on the Azure Dragon specifically but I'm sure it's mentioned a few times when the five elements are brought up." He scanned the book shelf for a moment before turning to the one directly next to it. It took just moments for him to find what he wanted. "Here, this looks like a good one. This one, too."

Of the two books he offered Zora, one of them was a thick, detailed tome. The other was a slimmer volume that with a colorful cover.

Zora gently flipped through both books. Both mentioned and had a picture of the Azure dragon in them. And since Zora was interested in the subject herself, she decided she'd take one for herself and the other for Azure.

"I'll take both books," Zora said after a fashion as she put the books on the counter. "Now, yes, also a book on Western elements if you have it?" she said, "And maybe on channeling magic?" she added.

During that time, Zora wandered a bit, her attention caught by a book of 1800 century poems. It had beautiful pictures too. And it mentioned fairies and fae. She turned it over, there was no author.

"Ithai?" Zora said as she came back to the counter, "Do you know anything about this book?"

Hearing Zora call him, Ithai returned to the counter with a small book in his hands. It was the size of his hand with all the fingers splayed out, with an old, worn cover. To be honest, he hadn't even known that he still had it.

"Yes?" He looked over the book she had taken. "Oh, I don't believe I've seen that one before. Where did you find it?"

"On the shelf over there," Zora said as she pointed to a bookshelf to the left of her. "It was near the bottom shelf." she indicated.

Ithai hummed in thought. "That's unusual. It's not the normal place for books like that." He examined the book for a few moments, turning it over in his hands and opening the pages. "I'm not even sure if this is one of mine," he admitted. "You can have it if you'd like. In any case, this is the book I found with some mention of channeling." He handed over the small book to her as well.

Zora looked at the book poems and figured maybe for Celeste or one of her children. "Thank you, if you are sure, I still feel like I should pay you something for it," she said as she placed it on the pile with the other books.

After taking a look at the book on channeling, which was rather simplistic, she shook her head. "Sorry, it's not detailed enough," she explained.

"Now, last time I was here, you said you have or had some old cookbooks," Zora said sorted of excited at the idea, "Would you still have a few laying around?" she asked curiously.

"Cookbooks again?" he asked cheerfully, putting the book on channeling to the side. "I do have some still lying around. I've tried some recipes from some of them but alas, I am no chef. If you'll come this way?" The area that he led her to was absolutely filled with cookbooks from different cultures. Handwritten signs indicated which ones belonged to which. Several were labelled "exotic" and in fine print read "contains sapient creatures."
