Appearance Description: Being a vampire, Blaine has the standard features one would expect. He’s pale skinned, with black hair, relatively handsome by most standards. He sports pointed ears and sharp fangs. His green eyes turn a deep red when he’s hungry or needs to feed. Blaine leans towards comfortable clothes such as flannels and hoodies.
Personality Description: Blaine is a bit more grounded than his sister, especially after having been freshly turned into a vampire. It’s not so much that he regards it as a curse, he’s just trying to sort out what exactly he can and can’t do. He’s usually being talked into doing more adventurous things by his sister. At his core, staying in watching Netflix or reading a good book is his ideal kind of night. That said, going out is something he also doesn’t mind doing. Especially with that rush his newfound vampiric powers give him.
In terms of managing his hunger, he does what he can. He’s a bit cautious in regards to feeding as he’s not sure what he is and isn’t allowed to consume. He’s hesitant about live targets and would rather hit a blood bank. The problem is he’s actually never not hungry for blood. It can be a bit of a problem for him at times however he does what he can to hide it from his sister. He’s slowly getting used to the notions of doing what’s necessary to keep himself alive. The trick of course is only consuming as much as he needs.
Powers: As stated before, Blaine is a vampire. A fairly new freshly turned vampire at that. He has all of the natural abilities one would expect of a vampire. The super human strength, speed, and levitation. Truth be told, all of these, especially the last two listed are still in their fledgling stages. He can lift around 800 pounds and he's clocked at around 70 mph. His levitation is his most lacking as of right now he can only really augment his jumps. He’s not especially skilled with any of these abilities but he is working at getting better with them. In regards to sunlight as long as he’s fed he can at least tolerate the sun. Just don’t expect to see him at the beach anytime soon. The same goes for any regenerative factors he happens to possess, as long as he’s nourished he can heal from his wounds quickly. And of course the standard stake through the heart will kill him.
Light manipulation: In terms of abilities specific to him, Blaine can control light, absorbing and releasing light based energy. At this point, the only things he’s capable of is generating intense bursts of light and flash bang spheres. Down the road, he will more than likely learn more intricate abilities and offensive uses for these powers.
Monster Bat: It is to note that Blaine currently has no knowledge of this ability yet and when he does discover it, it will be a slow process. Many vampires can change into bats, though normally they’re small minuscule things. Blaine is a bit different. Instead of a small bat he changes into a humanoid bat like creature. Aside from an increase in physical strength and speed, and claws, he also gains a deafening high pitched screech. He still retains his light abilities but at a diminished rate. The same weaknesses still apply to him as they would when he was human.

Blaine was a bit more timid and leaned towards reading and the like. Darcy on the other hand, was your standard tomboy and a bit of a wild child. The twins were very much opposites of one another, they’re still very close to one another.
It wasn’t until they were coming home from a party one night that the normalcy in their lives changed. A drunk driver coming from the opposite direction hit the car. Truth be told the story should end there in that moment, but a passing by vampire had other plans. Upon seeing the two youngsters he took pity on them and turned them.
The next thing he remembered was waking up in a hospital morgue feeling awful and disoriented. For him the next few moments were a blur until he came to, covered in blood that wasn’t his. Upon closer inspection it was a medical examiner. Blaine managed to escape the hospital with his sister with nowhere they could plausibly go for the moment. He couldn’t explain how or why but they received a letter inviting them to attend school at Starlight Academy on Manta Carlos. Naturally having nowhere left to turn he eagerly accepted along with his sister.
