Cornelius' reasoning was sound, but any reply Augustus was about to make was interrupted by Prisma appearing. "Oggie?" She called his name out.

Nodding at her, Augustus took the briefcase, and handed her a $50 dollar bill. "I'll see you back at the apartment later. Go have fun." He wasn't sure how long the process would take to become a Regalia, but sent Prisma away before he started coughing.

Prisma was too amazed at the amount she just got paid to question it, and left without any fuss. "Now," he turned back to Cornelius. "I believe this is the time for it to begin?"

Cornelius Choróin

Cornelius looked a little too serene for somebody who was about to either become a murderer or an accomplice in assisted suicide. It was partially because he was absolutely certain that the conversion process would occur without a problem. It was also partially because Cornelius just did not really care too much about the person involved.

"I assume you have a weapon, yes?" Cornelius asked. "Would you care to do it yourself or shall I? I'm afraid to say that I do not have much experience in the matter, however."

"indeed I do," Augustus agreed, opening his briefcase. Pulling out a sheet of paper, he held it towards Cornelius, along with a pen. "Before I use it however, I'd like you to sign this. I understand this would be considered an Assisted suicide, but since I'm not actually dying, we can forgo 90% of the paperwork."

Once Cornelius signed it, Augustus would do the same, and putting it back in the case, glanced around and pulled out the knife. "Is there a process I need to follow?"

Cornelius Choróin

Having already read up a little on Manta Carlos law, Cornelius signed the papers after a quick glance to be certain that they were indeed what Augustus said they were.

"There is no particular process," he said after Augustus had signed the papers. "You merely need to concentrate on wanting to become a Regalia. It will help you cling to the mortal plane as a spirit. After that, it becomes a trivial task to be converted."

"Acknowledged," Augustus said as he held up the knife. Closing his eyes, he focussed on the notion of being a Regalia. To be the Leader of a group, he had to be one of them.

"Okay, then." Without opening his eyes, he nodded to Cornelius and put the knife in his chest.

It took a while, but Eventually, Augustus spirit finally formed and stared at his dead corpse. "Never did get rid of that mark." He noted with disappointment.

Well, that part of the plan worked, and Looking at Cornelius, he hoped the Man was able to see ghosts and the like. "Now what?"

He didn't even question it. Augustus was dead, so there wasn't anything to stay for, save that. Taking Cornelius hand, he was amazed at how even in his spectral form, his hand was still grasped tightly.

(And I guess this is done?)
