Appearance Description: While in his human form, Sola appears to be a teenager who is a few years older than he looks. He has natural blue hair, amber eyes, and freckles dotting his face. He’s not all that tall, standing at a whole 5'7" with a rather thin build and a scowl on his face. Don’t judge him by his size, he has the viciousness of a fire ant. In terms of clothing styles he dresses for the occasion. That being said his casual wear includes your standard tee shirts, hoodies, a pair of comfortable pants.
What he lacked in stature as a human certainly can’t be said of his demon form. He appears to be a large green plant crocodile hybrid. Sola also gains multiple Venus flytrap mouths all of which drip poison. His feet spread out radially from his base, allowing him to move from place to place though he prefers to remain stationary while in this form.
Personality Description: He’s short, spiteful, and relatively aggressive. But that can be sort of expected from a demon of envy. At his best he’s rather easy to get along with so long as you don’t try to out do him. In fact he can even be considered fun, that crazy friend who always goes crazy at the parties. He enjoys being envied and at the center of attention and will act out at times to be just that. Sometimes unfortunately gaining attention can mean doing something dangerous or harming others. See, he’s not very picky so long as someone’s feeding him attention in some form. In truth he’s incredibly malicious both verbally and physically, not the type of person you want to make an enemy of. He’ll find ways to make you miserable until you break and then maybe, just maybe he’ll finish you off. Don’t be too upset though, it’s just his nature.
Powers: Being a demon, Sola’s primary weaknesses come in the form of holy based powers and objects. Assuming he isn’t killed, he’ll live more or less forever. Sola’s physiology in his human or full demon form is a perfect mixture of plant and animal meaning he can gain nourishment through photosynthesis or by eating normally. He usually uses a mixture of both.
Fluer du Mal: His hybrid anatomy makes it easier for him to partially shift his demon form or grow various plant parts. Normally he’ll simply partially shift the fly trap heads and vines he has in his full demon form. He can however sprout thorns and flowers from the vines as well. All of which he uses to administer his poisons.
Such Sweet Sorrow: While the poison is effectively the same it has different effects depending on how it’s administered. When in a liquid or pollen form it sticks to and agonizingly burns its victims. It’s best compared to a demonic poison ivy so try not to clutch it unless you want to spread it(you don’t want to spread it unless you like pain). Holy water is the best way to deal with it but if there’s any magic based anti-itch ointment available that is also an option for relief. When injected into the blood stream oddly enough it can cause hallucinations typically of things the victim hates/is jealous of and in higher doses, as poisons go...death. Again, holy based spells and abilities are the best way to counter act the poisons. They’re generally designed to cause suffering so if you can, reach a hospital go as quickly or try to tough it out. The latter is ill advised.
Biography: Sola’s as much his mother as he is his father. It started with a dryad who fell deeply in love with a human male. They were a happy couple, perfect for each other even. That is until a succubus showed up and stole him away. There was no love between the man and his new demonic lover and the dryad was left to fall into sadness. The sadness soon led to a pit of hatred and jealousy. A pit large enough to draw out the demon, Leviathan. He took her as a lover, treating her much better than that man ever did corrupting her all the while. The dryad eventually became a full fledged demon where she was taken to Hell and bore him a son.
While Sola wasn’t anywhere near his first child, he was certainly one of the few that bore great potential. From a young age he was vengeful and manipulative. Prone to short violent outbursts at times. Leviathan, finally growing a bit tired of his son’s temperament and not knowing what else to do decided to send the boy to Manta Carlos island to broaden his horizons, perhaps even find some way to curb his spiteful nature. He is currently in college studying plant evolution.
