Personality Description:
Neri is a lion in sheep skin, if that lion was a thousand feet and trying to hide into a three foot sheep costume...successfully. She’s not the type of person that’s easily redeemable and then again she is, although one could argue nature vs. nurture. Is she naturally this way or was she raised to be this way? In actuality Neri is just very good at hiding the fact that she choose to be the way she is. Neri is very unstable, while she can seem put together her mind is a constant battle. She doesn’t purposely seek out trouble and she does only truly use her powers on people that she feels slighted her, all it takes it one strong emotion to change that. She doesn’t feel emotions like a normal person, She’s very susceptible to emotional manipulation, but not in the normal way. All her emotions besides Fear are ignored she’s prone to thinking that the strongest emotions she feels are fear and anger. Feeling emotion more than those too can knock her completely off balance and make her addicted to feeling the new emotions to the point where she’d do anything to feel them.
Due to her power she readily faces her fears because they make her stronger and then she’s no longer scared so she really has none. She doesn’t feel regret or remorse because she doesn’t care how her actions affect others. At the same time she would stop to give the homeless man on the street a few dollars or offer to help someone to get to their destination and actually show them where it is, It’s just something that she does to keep her facade up though she contemplated whether or not she does this because she likes it. She is only nine and she’s still figuring out what she’s like. Even being intelligent for her age doesn’t exclude her from the things that come with growing up.
Neri is basically living in her own Psychological Horror Thriller. She plays both the psychologist/ FBI agent trying to catch the Killer and Also plays the Killer. She out thinks herself just as much as she captures herself and she can switch from the innocent little girl to the Insane Evil tormenting villain in 0.2 seconds. There’s also another twisted Element of her feeling as if she’s not doing anything wrong because people have a way out. Her powers do not affect people, in her eyes people affect her powers. She follows all the laws, she walks on the right side of the sidewalk and she never talks back. She only uses her powers when she feels like she has to. Neri rarely uses her Fear Manifestation because she doesn’t think she has to actually get to that point to get someone to leave her alone. However she does enjoy the reactions she gets from people who scare easy.

Fear Aura
Neri gives off an Aura of fear and it’s the medium for her powers, this Aura’s purpose is to cause fear in other people and then feed itself off the fear to become stronger. Her power works both passively and actively. Depending on the person and their ability to handle fears and also their fears, depends on how they are affected. For example a person who is easily scared would feed her Aura much more than a person who isn’t scared easy, at the same time, a person with a bunch of fears is more affected by her aura than a person with less fears. Her aura only affects those with in a five foot radius of her. Likewise in order for her Aura to feed itself the person who is afraid has to be within a five foot radius of her.
This power works two ways
> Passive aura
Neri by default has a very strong aura of fear can she cannot snuff it out, instead she only knows how to mask it so it doesn’t seem like it’s coming from her. This is how she maintains her innocent facade. However the aura is still there and it’s like a warning sign, people who aren’t scared easily or have only a few fears will not be greatly affected by this, the most they will get a slight worry or the hairs on the back of their neck standing up.
People who are in the middle, feel a bit worse, they get a feeling in the pit of their stomach or whatever their warning of something slightly dangerous is and that’s it. While she’s not actively using her power, her power doesn’t specifically target a person and it’s reaction is quite dull and diluted.
However people who are easily scared are much more affected by her power. Depending on how they react to fear is how they will respond. It might be a racing heart, or extreme alertness however the fear will show up on their radar. However that’s all it does/ it’s a strong aura that makes itself known and has the tendency to affect a person.

Now Neri has the ability to unmask her aura and make it known that it’s coming from her and also push it towards a certain person (people) and focus it. The more they scare the stronger the aura becomes and the more scared they get. At any time they could walk away from her and the further they get the less affect her aura has until they are out of her reach. While they are in her ‘reach zone’ she able to focus her one person. However her Aura is like a moth to a flame, it’s going to go to the brightest one. So in the event that the person she’s trying to scare isn’t getting afraid easily but the person across from them is...it will concentrate there.
Fear Manifestation (Slightly active)- Neri has the ability to Turn her Fear Aura into a Manifestation of her Victims Biggest fear. This power doesn’t work against people who are immune to mental attacks and this manifestations are not real, they are illusions. At the moment the manifestation only last at most Ten to twenty-five minutes before she get tired because lack of concentration and still developing her powers. It has the potential to last until the victim ends it by walking away or she walks away.
This power works on a completely physiological level, while this power doesn’t actually make the fear real, the person who is afraid and Neri both experience this as if it were real. At anytime the person/victim has a chance to leave the fear behind, to break the illusion sometimes as simple as walking through a door or using a key or whatever. There is always a very clear, simple way out of the manifestation. However it also depends on whether or not the person is capable of mentally walking away. Neri has no control over what the Fear manifestation does or how the person reacts to the fear, she is just a medium of power. For example, The manifestation would be a video game, she’d be the console and the victim would be the player. All she does is enable the person to see, play, and experience the manifestation (video game) it’s up to the Victim (player) how it turns out.

Neri was born to a family of Demons who resided in a Hell that was Well known for Tormenting Souls. It was never Specified whether or not they were evil souls, sold souls, lost souls...just that they were souls that needed to be tormented.
She started to show her powers around the age of six and immediately started to train. Her Family was known for producing very powerful demons however Neri's control was very weak. While she did have incredibly potential she was having a hard time manifesting fears. That was when i was figured out that her Aura strength was what factored into her power being stronger.
Once that was figured out she trained on masking her Aura, and Moving it around and Less on the Fear Manifestation as her parents were sure that after mastering her Fear Aura the later power would fall into place. She did amazingly and soon over shadowed her older brother at the age of eight, and planning on becoming stronger than her eldest brother.
Neri however, wasn't exactly taught to deal with her emotions, morals, wrong or right. She was just taught how to use her powers torture souls and that's what she was supposed to do. There for as a curious child she question why she had to act like she wasn't going to torture your soul when she was. Even if She wasn't the one being tormented seeing such things at a young age does damage the minds, and Moving to Manta Carlo was a culture shock. Though she does welcome the Change and she's hoping to learn everything she can.
