He often grumbles that two more inches and he would beat Alexander in height. His skin is on the darker end of Caucasian. He's lucky enough to be the kind that'll tan if he goes into the Sun. His hair is dark red as typical of his family. It's spiky and often takes the shape of a lion's mane. One singular braid goes down past his shoulder; the rest is about shoulder length. His eyes are emerald green.
Raul's fashion style is clearly rocker. He wears all the staples of a punk rocker. He has the leather jackets, the combat boots, the ripped jeans, and the skull t-shirts. If it isn't boots, then it's high tops. He has ear piercings on his lobes. He really wants a tongue piercing, but his parents have been screaming no at him. He managed to sneak the hip piercings past them though. Everything about his wardrobe screams rebel. He has a giant dragon tattoo on his back. He wears both regular leather gloves and fingerless gloves.

Personality Description:Raul is a parent's worst nightmare. He has piercings and tattoos; he vandalizes property; he is constantly aggressive. He is a pain in the ass to deal with, and he's lazy on top of that. He blares various forms of rock music via his stereos as he plays video games all day. He's pretty much a shut-in, and it's a challenge to get him to go outside. His diet is soda and junk food. He has a problem with hoarding soda cans. He also hoards silver coins. He does drink coffee and in general will get even more angry than normal if he's denied his caffeine.
He's very tsundere to pretty much everyone. He acts aggressive towards everyone. It's common for him to throw insults and sarcasm around casually. He also has a real potty mouth. He acts especially aggressive towards his oldest brother. He doesn't really date; he has one night stands. Weirdly enough, he's disgusted by drugs. He literally has zero tolerance for drugs. He only accepts alcohol. Everything else can go to Hell. The only person that he behaves dere (sweetly) towards is Xylina. He has a soft spot for his younger sister. Even then, it's to an extent.
Raul's time on the island has changed him. He's not shy about letting out his nice side anymore. He's consistently cool and friendly with pretty much everyone. While he does have the attitude and snark from his rebellious stage, it's reserved for those that deserve it. He can make others and himself float; he can push heavy objects over. He can create air blasts; he can slice things like a blade. As one would expect, this draws from his energy pool. The more elaborate the use, the more energy it uses up. He can absorb wind in order to power his attacks more. Overuse his powers and he's sleeping on the couch for a while.
Raul's additional ability is sound amplification. He can specifically weaponize and amplify sound waves to hurt others. He has a sonic scream, and God help you if he's using his screamo voice. Notably he can't magically generate sound; he needs a source like his voice or a stereo. Because of this, if there is no sound, then he can't do anything with this power. He can't absorb sound like he can wind, but he has a high resilience to it. That means he can totally rock out at the world's loudest rock concert without a single care in the world.

He was an introverted loner that had trouble expressing his feelings with others. His relationship with his other siblings was awkward at best. He learned to fight but didn't necessarily want to. He was content with playing games and drawing pictures with his crayons. He floated grade wise in school; he didn't do spectacular but he didn't fail either. What he did suffer from was bullying. He developed a short temper and went from quiet loner to aggressive bastard.
He went into his rebellious stage as a dragon. He had a lot of anger that he took out on those that faced him in video games. He steadily became more of a hermit and disinterested in the outside world. His parents never informed him of the family affairs going on, so he pretended to not care. Secretly he held his concerns over what was going on outside of his bubble, but he articulated those concerns via rage. He knew that secrets were being kept from him, and that was complete bullshit. He also had a certain level of envy over his oldest brother Alex being all in the know and getting special treatment because he was the heir.
Raul initially gave Lina the cold shoulder. He wanted to remain alone. When she kept insisting on hanging out with him, he flat out told her that she needed to "learn to play video games, scrub". He jokingly handed her a game to play. Then she did learn how to play video games. His reaction was akin to "Huh...so you can play video games." From then on, he played against and with his sister Xylina frequently. He gradually became more sweet and caring towards her. That did not stop him from going into a cursing fit when she fired the Wii during an intense Mario Kart race though.
When she was kidnapped, he completely snapped. He flew off the handle and demanded to be allowed to find her. The parents outright refused. He didn't have nearly enough fighting experience and would likely get killed before even reaching Lina. He reacted horribly. His room was utterly destroyed with his powers. He later found out Alexander had swooped in for the rescue. The guy hadn't even met his youngest sister yet! He grew even more envious towards his oldest brother for having the capability to do the job.
The reason why Raul was shipped off to Manta Carlos with his siblings was because of his troublesome ways. His parents hoped that by putting him with the siblings that he could reconcile with Alex and be less problematic in general. Maybe it would help him out of his rebellious teen stage!
