Amaya has dark brown eyes almost black in color, her skin is pale due to her being unhealthy but once she gets healthier its a light tanish color. She's just coming into her body, even though she's thin from not eating there are tell signs of a buddying figure. She has almond shaped eyes and full lips. She stands straights but has the habbit of hiding her face with her hair because she's shy.
She stands at 5'1 with long black hair that falls just below her butt. She tries to cut it all the time but it always seems to grow back to that length. She has dainty hands, a small nose and eyebrows that seem to grow into a perfect arch. She's a very beautiful young lady. However beneath her hair is a large mouth, with teeth, claws, and a tendecy to never shut the hell up.
Personality Description:
Amaya is a very caring, kind and stubborn person. She has the nasty habit of putting others before herself and it has the tendency to get out of hand. She's very respectful to her elders and never talks back even when she's angry. She bites her tongue and smiles through her negative emotions. Unfortunately her emotions bottled up to the point that it makes her sick from stress. She also has a problem with eating, not for cosmetic real but because its become a habit.
She hides behind her hair and speaks in a soft voice that she rarely ever raises above a loud whisper. She loves Art, she spends a lot of the money her parents send her in art supplies. She's very friendly and helpful once she overcomes her shyness
Powers: Futakuchi-onna
Amaya has been cursed with a second mouth, though it's not as much as a curse as way if saving her life. Underneath her hair lives a fully functional mouth, teeth, tongue, and a voice box, unfortunately for her. It never stops talking and as much as she wished it would it never goes away. Because she just became a Futakuchi-onna recently she knows nothing about her second mouth or its personality . She assumes its a guy due its deep voice and He calls himself Timmy, because she was watching fairly odd parents when he appeared. A side effect of the curse besides having a second mouth that's always hungry is prehensile hair. She has doesnt have complete over it yet and sometimes she unknowingly moves her hair like she's medusa, other times Timmy is moving her hair making it function like arms to feed it. Timmy is able to use her hair to pick up objects and latch onto things like doors and buffet tables. Somehow the mouth is able to see, and feel things and because its housed into her skull it knows her thoughts and feelings. Her hair also grows back to its original length no matter how much she cuts it.
Biography:
Amaya is the oldest of three children, She loved her two brothers immensely and would do anything for them. One particularly bad year her father lost his job and her mother was barely keeping the house hold a float with her pay checks. Food was scarce but her mother made sure that everyone got enough food. Only Amaya saw how little enough was so she secretly divided her share between her family and lied and said she was eating. She convinced herself that eating a little would help, she filled up on water and tea and no one could tell she wasn't eating. She was always a smart child, and at a slightly young age she was put in a gifted school on a full scholarship.
Eventually her father got another job but with the loans he took out to keep the house a float it seemed like there was even less money to buy food. Meaning she ate even less, trying to make sure her brothers had enough food. Eventually she got so wrapped up in not eating and saving stuff for brothers once the bills and loans were paid off she still didn't eat.
Her father got a promotion that required him to move to America, and the family packed up and left Japan. She had always excelled in school and she knew more english than her mother so she helped her mom learn english Things got better, they went from poor to upper middle class and it seemed like her father was going to keep rising to the top and he did. Only Amaya didn't start eating, she was still starving herself worried that if she started eating and things went bad again there wouldn't be enough food for everyone. She was able to transfer to a school for incredibly gifted on a full scholarship also, taking college courses on Physic and Engineering. thought it was only beginning courses she dreamed about getting into college really and studying astrophysics and Aerospace engineering
Then one night she fell ill, she had a horrible headache so she took some painkillers and a water bottle and went to her watch tv. Only the headache seemed to get worse and worse, until she passed out. The next morning she woke up to empty house, her mother had permitted her to stay home from school and made her breakfast. She walked into the kitchen to get some water and then tried to walk away from the food, when Timmy made himself known. Yelling about food and shoveling it all his mouth. In a panic Amaya tried to cut her hair, only confirming that she indeed had a second mouth. In a couple of hours and a few hundred curse words from Timmy later her hair was back to its normal ridiculously long length.
Her family found out during dinner at a restaurant. She tried to say she was hungry to save money and Tim latched on to the buffet table with her hair and pulled it towards them shoveling food into his mouth. They were accepting and worried that she didn't eat, though there was always this small amount of fear because of how different their daughter/sister was. Eventually a letter came and her parents jumped at the chance to send her, they send her.money every month along with letters and her parents are both doing well and rising up the ladder with promotions. They seem almost glad their daughter isn't around to ruin their family image. Amaya is just glad that her family is happy and doing well. Even if she feels like they just threw her away.
