Cornelius Choróin
Normally, Cornelius let the competition run itself, since everybody seemed to be more or less playing by the rules -a real surprise, honestly. However, after some group sessions with the other proctors, there was one detail that stood out to all of them. Namely, that a single person had lost a lot of challenges. It was spectacular, honestly. It might not have been the highest loss ratio of them all (that would belong to the ones who took only one challenge and promptly gave up) but the fact that this competitor kept going in the face of their losses was remarkable. And possibly something to be rewarded.
He had called up a particular Regalia to meet him and the contestant at the Academy. Hopefully, the Regalia felt strongly enough to impart their blessing one more time. If not, then he would simply go digging back around to finding a different one to reward the contestant with.
