Lanslo said good bye to his parents, and his little sister. he was going to miss her, and he promised to keep in contact. He walked into the school. His parents had never considered him to special, until his ability to become a wolf came into view. He was only aloud to be one outside, that way he wouldn't get fur over the place, even though it didn't come off to much. They'd kept his powers a secret from everyone but trustworthy family, who wondered what he did in wolf form. It was a simple answer to Lance. Anything he couldn't do as a human. Of course, he couldn't do everything as a wolf, not even close, but he had the whole wolf package, which meant excellent smell, good eyesight, and hearing as well. He used these things to help himself when he was outside, doing a case. He also had the speed to help him. he didn't usually have need to run to fast though, he never had any emergencies. Lance broke out of his thoughts, and back to where he was. Ahh, yes, the school fro the gifted. He looked around the room, memorizing details and storing them away in his thoughts. He was handed a clipboard with a bunch of paper on it. He was supposed to fill it out? It'd be done in a snap. He sat down and started writing away, flipping the pages faster quickly. When he'd filled it out, he handed the clipboard back to the desk lady. She said she'd have to go get a room number or something, so sit down and she'd be right back. He sat down again.
'What an interesting room' he thought. He wondered what the dorms would look like. He'd pretty much memorized the whole room, and so he decided to start quizzing himself. Calculus first, then trigonometry. After those questions maybe he'd do some Botany. He closed his eyes, questions flying through his head. He needed to quiz himself, as to remember everything, and be able to answer any question on the spot.
