Appearance Description: Noelle is a winter girl, and looks like one too. She has light blue hair that is mid length, and is usually wavy or slightly curly. Her eyes are pale blue, to match her hair. Her skin in pretty white, but not terrifyingly white. She's about 5'5 in height. She has pretty long legs, and is skinny. She weighs about 125 lbs. Because of her powers, the cold doesn't bother her at all. It attracts her, and she can walk around in shorts and a tank top in the snow. She usually wears a maroon t-shirt with black jeans, but when that's dirty, an orange tank top and black running pants. Of course, she will wear other clothes, but those are her favorite outfits.
Talents/hobbies- Singing, Snowboarding. Snowball fights,and most things snow related. She also plays the Clarinet.
Fears- Snakes, heat, mean people, meeting her brother again. Being betrayed, or mistreated.

Noelle is definitely some you would want as an ally, for her smartness and memory. She is strong in her powers, and never comes off as a weakling. She's a good friend, once you break past her slightly "icey" personality.She also loves to take walks at night, because she can see very well. Walks at night in the snow are one of her favorite things. Noelle won't "melt" around heat, but she avoids it as much as possible. She is sensitive to fire, and hates being around it. She likes to eat hot foods, but anything that can be eaten cold, is a good option for her.
Powers: Elemental control of ice/snow. Noelle's parents started training her in her elements as soon as she discovered them. They taught her how to bring the snow to herself, even in warm weather. As long as there is some water/moisture in the air, Noelle can use her element. She can bring snow to herself, she can make snow/ice balls, snow pillars, pretty much anything. Shapes,objects anything that exists can be shaped out of her snow and ice. She can remove an icicle from anywhere, by simply pointing at it and dragging her finger to where she wants it. She can make it snow in many climates/temperatures, but hot weather is difficult. She can of course freeze water if she wants. She's learning how to freeze over larger quantities of water,(like a lake). Weaker one- Night vision. Her ability allows her to see better than the average human(at night) but now as well as if it was her strongest power. It allows her to see small objects easily missed like rock and branches. Running in the night and navigating is easy, because she can easily avoid trees, puddles, rocks branches,animals, and people. She can see people pretty well in the night.
Biography: Noelle is a quiet, laid back kinda girl. Her parents control elements as well. Her mother does water, and her father does wind. They ran a school for children who can control elements, and Noelle was born five years later. When she discovered her powers at age seven, her parents trained her, just like the other students. She grew strong in her powers, being able to control snow and ice, and make things out of them. Noelle has an older brother Sam, who had the ability to control fire. No one knows why he got the element of fire, but he did. When Noelle was born, Sam got angry at his parents for spending less time training him. He taught himself and grew stronger in his abilities. When he was 14 and Noelle was 8, he tried to burn down their house. His mother escaped with Noelle, and his father sent his son far, far away. Noelle hasn't heard from Sam since, and she will never forget what he tried to do. Ever since then Noelle was always pretty quiet, and never, ever talked about Sam. She was upset about losing her only other sibling, but relieved that he was sent away. She can be a little sarcastic at times, and pretend to be uninterested, even though she is really. Noelle also has a really good memory, remembering ages, names, numbers, and things that happened in the past. If you did something to her, she will remember it, but if you apologize, she will forgive.
When were powers discovered- When Noelle was seven she discovered her snow and ice powers. She would go outside and build snowmen, but when she found that she could bring the snow to her, she went to tell her Mom and Dad. The night Sam tried to burn their house down, her mother was escaping with her. It was dark and she couldn't see very well. Noelle, however, could see better than her mother. Her night vision isn't the strongest, but better than the average human.
