Lanslo stood up nervously. It was always awkward if you had to look down at the person you were talking to. He quickly walked over to the desk, taking his keys, and exchanging a quiet "thank you" to the desk lady. He placed them in his right side pocket, and walked back to the girl. She never seemed to stop smiling. But it wasn't really a super happy "yay!" smile, more like a mischievous smile that held a secret. Lanslo hoped he wasn't a victim of some kind of prank or something.

"look in a mirror, honey." Suddenly, Lanslo felt a little moved. This girl was getting stranger and stranger. He hoped that he could keep his cool, and the conversation cool as well. "Well, I'll definitely have to do that sometime." He said with a bit of laugh at the end. "I'm sure, you never lack on self esteem, you look like you'd receive compliments all the time" Did he just say that out loud? he felt as if this girl was changing him, getting into his mind and making him think and talk, and act, differently. Maybe it was because she was the only girl he'd seen in, well, forever. There was a strange feeling in the atmosphere, something that Lanslo felt unsure about.
