Appearance Description: Well if you couldn’t tell from the horns and prehensile tail ending in a point, Rufus is a demon. Other unusual features he sports include red eyes, occasional claws(they’re retractable), and if he’s by the pool you get to see his little tiny bat wings on his back. Rufus's hair also feels like steel wool and he weighs a surprising 400 pounds. Being a pride demon, Rufus dresses to the nines. He only wears the finest suits. Aside from that he looks like any other teenage kid.
Personality Description:Serious might be the word best used to describe Rufus Angelus. When presented with a task he sets out to accomplish it with ruthless efficiency. He tends to say things as they are without sugar coating or holding back which can hurt some while inspiring others. He may be young at age sixteen, but he can hold his own in meetings with adults decades older than him. Either way he has this odd ability to convince people to work with him regardless of whether they like him or not. He treats his friends like gold even if he says something harsh to you it’s coming from a place of love. As for enemies, if he can’t win over their loyalty, then he’ll crush them with no mercy or hesitation. This doesn’t necessarily mean killing, he has ways of breaking people without killing them.
Active Abilities:
The Tyrant’s Rain- This is the ability that he gained from his father. This power can be best described as a manifestation of the user’s willpower through psychokinetic energy. His current radius for the aura is twenty five feet. For Rufus, his aura manifests as a crushing force. The force is best described as an ocean being dumped onto his enemy. It’s strong enough to force people of average strength to their knees. People on the lower end of the superhuman strength spectrum to have severely reduced movement ability. Beings above this will simply find it difficult to move, like walking with weights. He can only maintain this for ten minutes.
Rufus can double up the weight of this ability by focusing in on a single target, effectively immobilizing even those with super human strength. This does require extra focus on his end and and the range is only around ten feet. He can only maintain it for around five minutes.
Vainglorious Pristine: Arguably it’s the reason why he can actually endure the pressure of his Rain. On an innate level his skin is a little more durable than the standard demon. When using this ability he can harden his skin to steel level durability as well as shift his body parts into weapons. He can only form melee weapons with this ability. He’s normally seen modifying his fingers into blades of varying length, but he will turn his arms into axes or clubs.
Shifting: Rufus has tiny wings which increase in size, thus granting him flight.
Passive Abilities:
Physique: Rufus possesses horns and claws which are naturally at his maximum level of hardness. His hair feels like a mass of steel wool He can also fly via his wings,despite of his weight. Rufus weighs about four hundred pounds due to the sheer density of his body. Rufus can only run at 40 mph, and lift three tons. Rufus has a keen sense of vision, which is on par with a hawk’s, he similarly has a decent sense of smell that rivals a wolves. Rufus can also intuitively tell whether or not a demon is a Hellion.
Healing/immortality: Rufus can heal from minor injuries in seconds, and more severe injuries and broken bones over the course of a week. That being said, if the injury is severe enough he will require medical attention. If he dies Rufus will respawn in hell and be allowed to return to Earth after a week.
Head Held High: Rufus is simply too proud to be effected by mind altering abilities.
Weaknesses: Unlike most demons, Rufus’s weakness lies in the elements used directly against him in combat. Rufus is more susceptible to burning if attacked with fire. Water used offensively causes him to rust, similarly he will sink in large bodies of water. Ice based attacks make his skin brittle. Plant based users will find that their plants take root easier in his body. Finally, lightning is the closest to divine retribution as Rufus gets as he is superconductive.

Biography: Rufus Angelus was born one of Lucifer's children however his mother married into demonic nobility from a different hell. The Hellion was raised by the Angelus family and it became quite apparent that he had inherited more than just his father's abilities. From a young age he seemed to have a natural drive for power and the desire to obtain it. He's even gone so far as to make it a point to flat out eliminate his younger half siblings from the running for head of the estate while they were still young. He is in fact the heir of the Angelus estate, and no one disputes it.
Knowing that his head would soon be on the chopping block, his father opted to have him banished to Earth. Lucifer quickly caught wind of this and opted to have him moved to Manta Carlos where he could keep a better eye on the boy, providing him with resources as well as an education at the school on the island. Rufus now spends his time thoroughly engrossed in his studies both within the school and with the help of various demonic tutors.
