It is a soup kitchen located near the shadier, more residential districts of Manta Carlos City. It is in an easily accessible area and is a single story tall with one basement level, spanning for no more space than a common McDonald's. Because of this, it often struggles to meet demands. The neighborhood it is located in is not considered to be safe and the kitchen itself often looks as grimy as the buildings around it, despite the efforts of staff. It is constantly low on funds and the staff themselves often donate a lot of money to keep the kitchen afloat. Much of the food that comes in is excess from local grocery stores.

The inside of the kitchen is just as bad as it looks in the inside. There is a kitchen to the back, which is noted for not possibly being adequate enough to feed so many people, and some long tables and benches set up for people to eat at. There are bathrooms, too, but a common sentiment about them is that it might be better to just find a bucket somewhere and use that instead. There always seems to be some kind of issue with the pipes, whether it's with the toilets or the sinks. The basement is where a lot of the food is stored and also where there is an office of sorts for the employees to rest (just a little) and for the owner to make calls to local businesses.

For the staff, scrubbing the place is a complete nightmare because many stains leftover from the building's previous function (currently unknown and probably a good thing) seem to refuse to be cleaned. Every piece of furniture inside looks questionable in terms of sanitation, as do the cutlery. They are definitely clean, though. Usually.

Common policy is one meal per person, unless somebody looks especially starved, and only one meal per visit.

The accountant and sometimes volunteer is Bedivere Fontaine.
