Appearance Description: He has a mess of short black hair. One could argue that it’s all simply windswept if that wind was a tornado. He stands at about 5'9" with a fit build and still has one last decent growth spurt in him before he graduates. Maxi’s outfits lean towards anything comfortable that lets him remain mobile. He’s rarely seen without his signature black jacket.
Periodically he’s seen in his more natural "divine" form. He’s covered head to toe in black feathers leaving only his face exclusively not covered in feathers. He also sports bird like feet and a pair of black wings and tail.
Personality Description: He’s carefree to a fault. And that’s as simple as it can be put. He acts nearly oblivious to everything, and just kind of rolls with whatever happens to be going on in the moment. Most people would say he seems kind of dumb, however this is only on the surface. Calling him dense isn’t really the word to describe him. It’s more like his head’s in the clouds. With that said his perpetual obliviousness is only on the surface. He’s actually an information sponge. He can do a rather thorough job explaining some rather complex that seem to be far above his intelligence level, or at least what he lets on. He’s clever more in action than words though. If you give him a puzzle to solve he can figure it out fairly quickly. All and all he likes his fun and freedom.
Powers: Maximo is a very young sky deity that seems to have just sort of come into existence through strange circumstances. As such he has an immense pool of potential within his abilities. Of course given his age and general lack of experience, he’s limited to what he can do. There’s also the fact that he hasn’t woken into anything that could be considered a godly state, making him more akin to a demigod than anything else. He’s functionally immortal, and can’t die unless he sustains a fatal injury to his heart or head or just completely annihilated.
Weather manipulation: He’s not exactly up to a level where he can create full on storms that cover wide areas. He can however generate small storm clouds around three feet in diameter within his line of sight. He can also generate wind around himself to fly and project lightning bolts. It is noteworthy that everything he generates is black in color. His lightning bolts are quick striking but not continuous like actual lightning. In terms of strength it's strong enough to knock a person off their feet. He hasn’t quite worked his way up to generating full on storms. He is capable to “speaking” to the winds and clouds but he has no way of directly controlling them.
All seeing eye(Locked): It’s not necessarily a visual ability so much as it is an awareness of everything going on around him at a given moment. When activated, things he does lock eyes on can be scanned noting potential strong and weak points, thereby pouring in information as to what he should do next. When Maxi does unlock this ability, he would only be able to keep it active in short durations of roughly ten seconds with around ten minutes of inactivity. The primary drawback to its overuse being his eyes will actually overheat due to the energy used. Of course like his weather manipulation This ability will grow over time(once it activates).
Biography: The circumstances of Maximo’s birth are a bit of a mystery to everyone, including himself. He was hatched from a golden egg that appeared in the eye of a fierce hurricane. That egg was recovered by a young couple and a cult formed around its worship. That is until the young deity hatched from within. From then he was raised by these cultists who gave him a name and just did as he would say “weird shit”, not allowing him to experience the world for himself. All he wanted was to see things for himself, but he was very much a caged bird.
His opportunity finally presented itself during a made up ritual which required him to take the “chosen vessel for his seed” aka neither of them weren’t into the idea at all. They were left alone to do the deed. Unfortunately Maxi opted to blast a hole in the wall and escaped. He flew away from the compound and out over the ocean with nowhere to go. That’s when he got smacked in the face with a letter from Starlight Academy on the island of Manta Carlos. Upon asking the wind for some direction he quickly blew in and got himself enrolled in the school.
