Corrupt Businessman Looking For Criminal Associates

Hello! Pray tell, do you have any characters with connections to the Manta Carlos underground? Crime lord, perhaps? Gang connections? Blackmail? Whatever your particular poison might be, Liu Wei has been dipping his toes into the criminal world for a while now and simply put, he needs associates. A contact network. So on so forth.

His side of the deals he usually makes is frankly rather simple. For one, he is in a very lucrative position in his company right now and has plenty of cash to offer potential associates. He's also not a bad guy to have around for a criminal, as he makes an excellent networker and middleman for all sorts of shady business. Furthermore, he uses his notable control of the company finances to launder money every so often.

Right now I want Wei to network. He has gotten to where he is today through an ample mix of business work, bribery, blackmail and aassassination. He's supposed to have contacts among whatever organized crime Manta Carlos has. Do you have thugs that would be doing dirty work for this bastard, or someone more influential who would consider Wei a worthwhile contact? Do hit me up! Let's add this guy to the list of despicable people calling Manta Carlos home.

All of these look absolutely fantastic for what I had in mind! Wei has most certainly heard of and made indirect contact with Baltimore, and is more than likely to work with his people every so often. It's unlikely that Genevieve has blipped on his radar yet though. That said, once they do claim Defian's business, things could get a lot more interesting.

More directly, I'd imagine that Klaus and Wei have done a lot of work together during Wei's five years of criminal activity. He wants, wants and wants, which would probably be pretty telling to a greed kid. It's likely that Wei has laundered money for Klaus, and Wei has probably contracted people off of Klaus to help his corporate ascent. Scumbag partners. If it's okay by you, I'd also like to think that Wei has paid off Damon to act as a bit of an informant. He needs someone to keep the MCPD off his back after all. Wei hasn't really had a need for a master thief yet, but I'd imagine that he would know of him if the need does show itself.

Ah! Yeah, if there's anything I really want Wei to get into in one way or another, it's the island's drug trade. Not exactly sure what kind of deal he could have arranged with Abia though, considering he's so new on the market. What he really needs is a way in, so to speak, to come in contact with dealers and suppliers. I'm not sure what he'd give Abia in return, though. He has cash in abundance, but I'm not sure if she's in need of anything like that?

Plus, if they got some kind of deal going, there's going to be some delicious fallout when the new boss comes in B)

As for Prema, she's a bit too blatant for Wei's tastes. That said, he would probably hire her at some point if he just needs shit wrecked, which isn't that unlikely. That's probably very unusual though.
