An ornate, gold trimmed message was delivered early one morning, naming this one of several meeting spots. What appeared to be a young man with teal-colored hair stood nearby with a blank stare and calm demeanor, waiting.

"Dear sir, ma'am, or any other address of your choice,

You have been nominated by an anonymous source as a worthy partner to one of us Regalia, a race of guardian spirits. One of our number is willing to form a pact with you in return for taking part in a magical tournament across the island. Please see the rules listed below.

|

Note: As compensation, we will grant you with new abilities for participating. Please meet with the pact maker at one of the following locations at the appointed time."

Sreo strode towards his destination, being careful to not bump into anyone, occasionally posing for a photo with a fan or signing an autograph. His stance was confident, even if inside he was terrified. He was in his natural form, alternatively known as Galactic Hero Gaver, it was the only way he could work up the courage to go meet some unknown sender alone.

“Why do I have to do something like this… By now that producer should have realized this wouldn’t be something I would be into…” He lamented to himself, thinking back to the letter. He had been sorting through fan mail when he had come across the gilded envelope, reading the contents. He wasn’t sure what to do with it so he had taken it to his boss. That was apparently the wrong move as he was told to participate for the promise of new powers, something to spice up the show.

Arriving at the destination, Sreo glanced around, stretching out his legs to see over the crowd, trying to figure out who sent the letter.

Gask looked over his letter one more time and looked around the area of the station he was in. He had spoken to Valgarður about joining this tournament, thinking it would be good practice for dealing with unusual circumstances. For Scout training.

He stopped and glanced around once again, looking for any sign of who the sender might be. But given that the station had so many non-human entities on it, that might prove difficult.

Sreo practically jumped when he was called out to, something that likely would have gotten him a trip to the hospital with the speed he can jump at.

“If you are talking about an ornate envelope containing a peculiar proposition, then that is indeed why I am here. While I am uncertain as to what this pact entails, I am obligated to participate, a hero never backs down!” He said striking his signature pose. As embarrassing as it was, this was the only way he could talk to strangers at any sort of effective level, generally freezing up and becoming unable to say a word.

Gask put his letter away and watched Cornelius and Sreo impassively. The alien man struck a pose and mentioned something about being a hero, but Gask remained stoic.

"I suppose, yes. I am more in this for the challenge and the experience it has to offer."

Cornelius Choróin

Unphased, Cornelius merely nodded at the strange, loud man. He phased for a moment before returning. After having done this ceremony several times before, it was second nature to summon up the magic that would bestow Divine Right upon the participants and also bond them with their Regalia. When the light vanished, he looked from one man to the other before merely walking away.

I will now be PMing you with your Regalia.
