At their agreement, Cornelius shifted planes briefly. There were others who had to know of their acceptance of the terms. He was back within seconds, standing in the same place as he had been.
"Three Regalia have agreed to be your partners," he reported. "They will show themselves to you individually. Whether or not you share their identities is up to you."
He waved his staff once. Light gathered around the three, encircling them quickly before disappearing into their new vessels. Divine Right and pacts thus set into place, the ceremony was completed with little fanfare.
