- Bart appears like this edgy guy, standing at a height of about 5'9ft with a lean build and wild style. His dark hair drops down to his shoulders but he often keeps it pulled back in a ponytail. When his hair is brushed out of his face like this, anyone can notice his thin sideburns. Sometimes, he puts on temporary highlights. His blue eyes seem to look rather sad but his gaze almost looks like he's out to pick a fight or is just kind of a "judging you right now" look. Usually, it's the first one.
His clothing sense deeply contrasts with his background. A rich guy like him should probably dress properly, be polite and behave well. Bart is the oposite of this. He's the kind of guy who wears band shirts bought from thrift shops, paint-stained $100 dollar dress shirt and sleeves rolled up. Bart never dresses formally; there's always something off. He wears clip-on earrings and around his neck hangs a blank dogtag. He dresses in shades of black and grey, with some streak of color for contrast, skulls and chains and anything else that screams I'm edgy--fight me scrub.

- Bart's first impression on people is that he's the sort of guy who just likes to sit back and have some fun whenever he feels like it. He boasts about being a rulebreaker back at home and causing a mess that got him in so much trouble. He makes offensive jokes when he gets the chance and he never looks apologetic about it. He usually jumps in trouble he could get into.
At least, those he's sure he'd get out unscathed.
Honestly? Bart is not that tough. If anyone tells him to go out stealing, he'll make a thousand excuses to not get involved. Most of what he does is only to spite his brother. He keeps his unruly appearance to bother him, but he only does it just enough to irritate him because truth be told, he's actually scared what it would look if he made him really angry. His earrings are just clip-ons, only because he's scared of pain. He doesn't have actual tattoos, it's probably make-up or paint. He's worried about getting drunk and smoking but he manages to sneak his way out of things.
Bart doesn't like people knowing about his family. Not about his successful brother and especially not about his convicted father. He has nothing to do with business and all he wants to do is... do whatever he feels like doing. He grew up not dealing with all this reputation and class thing, why would he care now? His personality is deeply rooted to his brother; almost every motive has something to do with Dominic though its mostly just to be a thorn to his side.
Bart has a tendency to play victim, but how he pulls this off makes him sound like a social justice blogger. No matter how he looks or acts, he is quite fragile. He's scared to do anything extreme and he'd really much rather stick with things that he'll be sure he'll come out alive. He would pick a fight but he prefers to avoid turning into a brawl. Bottomline, he's pathetic that it's embarrassing.

- Door to Anywhere - Now you're thinking with portals! Bart can use doors like portals and can get to anywhere as long as there is a door within reach and another existing in the place where he wants to go. This power only works with doors that swing in similar directions; it does not work with arches, rotating doors, sliding doors, or the like. The catch? He can't go to places where the doors are locked, blocked, barricaded, or in any way enchanted. He also has a cool down time before he can use it again. The time span depends on how far the distance is between the two doors and the shortest time he could get is about thirty minutes.
Turtle Mimicry - A recently discovered ability, Bart can mimic the appearance of a small snapping turtle. The upside is that it's not a normal turtle because the shell is unusually hardened and a good shield even for magic (probably). He also packs one hell of a bite. The downside is his mobility is slowed down. It's not a lasting effect and the longest time he had been able to keep being a turtle was about 3 hours until he wore himself out to keep the form for any much longer. He discovered this ability one time when he was sulking in his room before they left for Manta Carlos.

- Bartholomew Kingsley was born to a rich family. His father, Henry Kingsley was a successful businessman and his mother Agatha Fontana was from a prominent family from Italy. The first few years of his life was spent with the best things money could offer. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, he couldn't remember much of it. Bart was only six years old when his father was convicted, sentenced for life imprisonment for committing various crimes. Their family was driven to poverty before he could actually know what was even happening.
Bart grew up accepting life in its simplicity. Bart enjoyed the little things in life, like spending time with family and enjoying his childhood when it could count. Luxury didn't matter to him; as long as he had his family, he was happy. One thing that he kept out of his mind was his father. He was ashamed to admit his father was a criminal and decided to bury that away into the darkest reaches of his memory.
The second thing was his brother, Dominic who rarely ever sat in the same dinner table. He was proud of his brother, of course! He was studious, smart and hard-working. But he always wished he came home earlier so they could spend time together...
When Bart was in junior high, Agatha's health started to deteriorate as the stress of their family's problem began to take its toll on her. As each days pass, Bart was growing more and more hopeless about his brother ever coming back to them too. He was 13 when their mother passed on. Dominic wasn't there for him.
Bart was angry and bitter. It was as if nothing else mattered but his academics and his job. He didn't want to talk to his brother because he was just too upset with him. And like adding insult to injury, after their mother's death, Dominic decided to be more attentive. And not in the good way. "Bart do this, Bard don't do that"--he hated it.
Receiving the letter to Starlight gave Bart a feeling of freedom. He was going to get to live away from him. Bart can do anything he wants and Dominic wont be there to breathe behind his neck. Surely, his brother couldn't go what with all his business to run, right? Wrong. Dominic wasn't going to leave him alone. Now he has to live in a mansion in a small island in the middle of the ocean with his brother?
Just perfect.

- Bart is the younger brother of Dominic Kingsley (Poptart/Zeronos).
- The wild things Bart does is usually just to spite his brother.
- He is a heterosexual but he insists being bisexual and might have dated guys in the past. Also just to spite his brother.
- Part of the reason why he chose to major in Fine Arts is also to mess with his brother, but he is also emotionally invested in painting because he and his mother used to paint together.
