Fallen Angel Form: Romeo's eyes turn Red, wings of black shadowy material sprout from his back that seem to not rip his clothes when they appear. He pretty much retains most of his human features.
Human Form: Romeo's appearance can be described as simple. Fair skinned, and blue eyes, while his hair is jet black. He stands around 6 foot even while weighing around 150 to 155 pounds (This is cause his weight slightly changes month by month).
Clothing: Romeo can be found wearing anything, as he has no real taste in clothing. As long as it's comfortable.
Personality Description: Romeo is a charismatic young man, but also selfish in his own ways. He can be caring one second, but suddenly plotting to stab one in the back for his own gain. He is lustful, and not ashamed of it. He thinks highly of himself, but knows when he's been defeated, or out smarted. He see's everything as an opportunity to gain something more for him. Romeo tends to think humans as lesser beings, and not worthy of his approval, though there are the save few who impress him enough for him to acknowledge their existence. He's mischievous, and can sometimes be called insane. The parts about Romeo no one sees is that he truly cares for human's and damns God for being less interactive with them, and believes him to their sole cause of misery, but his fallen status as caused his heart to blacken some.
Romeo's little sister is probably the only being who sees Romeo in his true nature as he feels most comfortable around her. Romeo reacts with her much like any brother typically would, even though they are two different 'races' they are made of the same stuff, and thus true siblings. Sometimes Romeo becomes annoyed with her, and sometimes he becomes over protective. In all out reality, though, Romeo loves her deeply, and only as her best interest in mind when the topic involves her.

Hell/Heaven Traveling - Romeo can teleport to either Hell or Heaven when he wished, for now Heaven is locked to him, and he can only reach the Gates, but Hell he has full access to. (The Mortal Bond is still in effect wherever he is though) He can only come back to Earth from where he was standing when he went to Hell or Heaven.
Dark Element Manipulation - What was once Light Element has become Dark after Romeo's fall. This element ignores all the natural weaknesses of the elements and becomes more supernatural, thus Holy/Light Element being his true weakness, or some form of supernatural powers. This does not mean he can't be beaten by a human with unnatural powers though. With this power he can create weapons of pure Darkness, emit Dark Energy blasts from his hands, and control Dark Fire.
Immortal - Romeo is immortal to all mortal fatalities, though humans can still shoot him and wound him, cut him and still cause him to bleed, he can only be truly killed or mortally wounded by another supernatural being. IE Demons, Vampires, Angels, Fairies

Romeo's history is seriously too long to put in a book, so we shall where he fell. Romeo was once an Angel of Darkness, allowing the darkness to test human beings in their path in following God, but making sure that the Fallen did not go too far as was told they could. This was Romeo's sole and only charge in heaven, but this became too depressing for him to continue, and confronted God over his methods. "it is selfish to push the humans to such limit all for you own wants!" He declared to God, and thus was shoved out of heaven by Michael the Archangel. This was around the era of the Dark Ages, and he was there during the Crusades in human form, fighting against the Catholics, but not siding with the Muslims, as he was trying to save many on both sides.
The more he watched humans fight one another, the more he became hardened both spiritually, and emotionally. After all his efforts were swatted by God, and his angels, Rome became a Fallen Angel of Darkness, using his powers to push all, and becoming unaffected by the rules God set before the Fallen as it was his to enforce those rules. Now, Demons, and Fallen envy him, while Angels resent him, his status, and ideas.
Romeo would go on to witness the creation of America, traveling back, and forth between Hell, and the Earth watching the humans, and fending off assassination attempts from all directions.
It wasnt till recent Romeo took a new interest into the human only to have God place a curse on him. For any who learns Romeo's angelic name, he shall become bonded too, and forever in their servitude until they die.
After this, Romeo's ears caught wind of a island holding people of special abilities, though this was said to just be a rumor. Curious, Romeo went back to Hell to ask around if such a thing truly existed, only to find out it was indeed true. When learning this, Romeo saw this as an opportune time to see if human's were still worthy of his protection from Demons, and Gods. he enrolled to the college there as a freshmen, and is just beginning his first year now.

Dark Material Weapons - These can be tendrals or even claws created from the Dark Element. The can not break by natural means but can not destroy Holy Weapons, or Light Weapons. His tendrals can only reach six feet all around, and only two may be used at a time, and his claws form around his own hands and arms.
[Locked Ability] Dark Energy Blast - This is a simple blast of Dark Energy that act much like most Energy based blasts, but include sever third degree burns, they can be easily blocked by most shield types though. He could make five baseball sizes, one basketball sized, and one the size of a beach ball, but the bigger it is the more he has to wait for it to materialize.
[Locked Ability]Dark Fire - This is a very powerful ability, Romeo can control fire Black in color, and they are unable to be consumed, or smothered by natural means. They are able to ignore most natural weaknesses of natural fires. The only problem with this is if not careful, Romeo could be consumed by his own fires, and even hurt others that he cares about it. It leaves residue fires, and can only be smother, or put out by Romeo himself, or by Holy, Light, and or Supernatural Waters, though even then it would be hard for them to do it as this is Romeo's only power against such attacks. This power is also too strong for him, and makes him tired very fast, and if not careful he will fall unconscious from using it too much.
Mortal Bond - This is a curse to which God placed on him so any human who learns Romeo's angelic name, and speaks it to him will have Romeo as their personal servant. He can not harm them, or disobey them, outside their commands he retains free will. This is issues with a chained collar that only the human, he, and other supernatural beings can see. There are two ways to lift this bond: The human must either die, or learn the angelic language and command him to become free in their native tongue.
