Name: Gwyn Percival Drakenhardt
Age: 390(Appears to be in his late teens/early 20's)
Birthday: March 31
Gender: Male
Category: Citizen/Glass sculptor
Appearance Description: He stands at a whopping 5'7" when his feet are on the ground and has an overall youthful appearance to him. As a member of a branch family of the Drakenhardts he has swept back blue hair as opposed to the red that the main branch tends to possess. People say he has fae-like features in his human form, and they aren’t wrong. Gwyn is actually part fae. His “human” form is actually his fae form. He has small wings on his ankles that sport unique stained glass patterns. His eyes are blue with odd cross patterns in his pupils. And he has remarkably sharp canines.
His dragon form is wyvern-like and can stay airborne for hours. His body is covered in light but very strong metallic black skin that extends into elegant looking spines going down his back. His wings and tail are the most notable features this dragon sports. His wings are orange with unique markings resembling stained glass and his tail has a similar membrane except that it’s blue. At first glance this dragon may look more fragile than most but, he is surprisingly very durable.
Personality Description: Being of both dragon and fairy decent, his personality seems to be a mix of both of the races. He has a tendency to be rather friendly and outgoing to everyone he meets. Of course that depends on how nice you are to him as well. Gwyn tends to always be willing to help others in need. He’s also protective of the family that he has left. He can be talkative but doesn’t mind much if he’s asked or told to shut up.
His outgoing personality is sort of a front however. He’s a rather melancholy sort, having been orphaned at a young age then discovering the fairy side of his family didn’t want anything to do with him. His scars run rather deep and at times he tends to lash out at people who do mean well. He can be rather cruel and sadistic in his combat style as well. He tends to slip away on his own at times to sort himself out. He also has a strong mistrust of humans.
Powers: Gwyn describes himself as possessing a dual physiology. Unlike members of his family that were born dragons and can shift down into humans, Gwyn is both a dragon and a fairy and can shift between both forms with ease. Both of his forms share similar offensive capabilities it really comes down to a matter of what form is most convenient.
Glass fairy: While it’s actually not really glass that he fires though it effectively has similar qualities. It usually comes out in multiple colors like stained glass and is as strong as steel. He can shape it into blades or clubs when defending himself. He prefers using these abilities for the purposes of creating art.
Glass dragon: As a dragon he has similar abilities to his fairy form though one major difference is his ability to breathe molten glass. He can fire glass shards from his mouth, but he can also make the shards rain down from his wings which has been used to deadly effect in the past.
Biography: Every war has its opening blows. For the Drakenhardts it was with one of the smaller branch families. Gwyn had grown up happy, up until he was ten. His parents and older brother were murdered by knights who had discovered what his parents family really was. This left him all alone. He was taken into temporary custody by his grandfather who then decided he needed to at least know the fairy half of his family. They however, rejected him for being a half breed. As a result, he was raised by the main branch of the family for a time.
After a while he struck out on his own. Initially he just went out hunting down anyone that had anything to do with the people that slaughtered his family. While he kept in contact with his family, he also moved around as an artist. During the 1940's he declared war on Nazis for their lack of art appreciation. After that war he remained relatively under the radar.
He’s now moved to Manta Carlos to be with the one person who was the closest thing he had to a brother. And see what kinds of fun the island had to offer.
