Personality Description: He is really chill, but mess with the people he cares for and that switch flips, he is not afraid of fighting anyone, even people quite obviously stronger than, him since his strange capabilities have allowed him to be stronger than almost any human he has ever met. However he does not have to many friends since he doesn't socialize much other than just making small talk in class.
Powers: Algawrath is a Dragon and the reincarnation of his society Deity who was slain a thousand years ago by a human hero. As such since he is so young(especially by Dragon standards) he has still a long way to go to achieve his true power, but his skills are already decently impressive.
1. Draconic Physiology:
1.A Human Form: Dragons from Algawrath's society have remained hidden even when briefly going to the Human world by their ability to disguise themselves as a human, in this form they cannot fly, and only wield 1/4 their true physical strength.
1.B Dragon Form: Dragons normally grow 1ft in size longer from snout to tail per year, within about 2 inches is the only standard deviation of this growth(so 10 inches to 1 foot 2 inches growth per year). Algawrath grows at a constant rate of 5 feet in length a year, making him currently 75 ft in length in his true form, wingspan is roughly equivalent to length of the body. While flying he can move up to speeds of 50 Mph. For every 3 ft in length they grow as strong as the average adult human, meaning in his Dragon Form Algawrath is as strong as 25 adult humans and in human form he is as strong as 5. The average adult human bench presses roughly 135 lbs, so Algawrath can bench press(without to much strain):
Human- 843.75 lbs
Dragon- 3375 lbs
Algawrath has one surprising weakness not found in many Dragons; he has no breath attack. He does however have a way to compensate(note: God Ki).
1.C Resistance:
Dragons are highly resistant to physical attacks, due to their scales which are always present, although they are undetectable in Human form. However since Algawrath is so young, he can be harmed by conventional weapons such as swords, axes, maces, etc; HOWEVER his body is strong enough that these types of weapons would be blunt against his body. Only Cutting threw if wielded by an expert of that type of weapon. Bullets will still hurt him though, they won't pierce him but they will definitely imbed themselves about 3 or 4 inches into the body and will damage internal organs, but he can recover from these wounds surprisingly fast.
1.D Draconic Fixation:
More of a weakness than a strength, since his society has been cut off from the Human world he has never had to deal with this before, but Dragons(especially Western) CANNOT resist a certain person which is identifiable as the “princess”. Now it's not what you think initially, it's just someone who grabs his attention and he can't get it back(always gender attracted to, in this case female). Now he cannot willingly harm the “princess” and will typically do anything she asks of him, with very few limitations or hesitations.
2. Reincarnated God:
2A. Divine Adaptation:
The Godly power that exists within Algawrath wishes to be perfect, and can adapt accordingly to counter any weaknesses that may be found. There is just one catch: to adapt, the current host needs to die. Once it does the Godly spirit learns and adapts and gives this on to the next host, which it will choose in 1000 years. With this major downside in mind, the adaptation process is perfect giving complete immunity to whatever killed it in its previous life time. Since this Deity has only died once it has only 1 resistance of this type: Magick(icluding most powers, including psychic powers). A complete immunity to Magick which makes him hard to fight as a mage but also means he cannot benefit from Magicks such as healing, resurrection, power boosts or even having people foresee his future. (However Algawrath is a much faster learner, unlike his predecessor, meaning he may learn to control the adaptation process...)
2.B Divine Healing:
Algawrath can regenerate at a decent rate of about an entire limb(whole leg or arm) every 6 months. Other than that he heals minor wounds within days, and for example bullet wounds, in about 2 weeks. Now his regeneration is deeply connected to his heart which is the primary organ allowing him to do this. Without it, he relies off of God Ki(note: see next section) which takes triple the time to regenerate, but focuses on the heart first which takes roughly 6 months. All other organs take roughly 2 months to regrow. As long as 1 cell is remaining Algawrath can regenerate, however from that point it would take him 10 years to fully regenerate and there would be some psychological damage. Algawrath is not yet entirely aware of this ability, he only realizes that he heals faster than normal.
2.C God Ki:
Algawrath can utilize God Ki, which somewhat conflicts with him since he is a Western style Dragon, but he gained this power due to the fact that the last being that had this power was an Eastern Dragon that had mastered and gone to a new level of Ki powers. As a result Algawrath can utilize Ki in a few ways such as creating an Elemental breath weapon that is not considered normal or magickal, also giving him full immunity to elements magickal or not. If he meditates with it he could triple his regeneration rate, but that is unlikely as Algawrath is not one to take up meditation. He can utilize his Ki offensively through his palms of his hands, feet and at the elbows and kneecaps, causing his chosen element to strike out at this point,but much weaker than as a breath attack and can only be used for melee combat. Currently the only element Algawrath has control over is lightning, the favored element of his people. Algawrath's control over this ability is still growing much like himself and is likely to change over time, for example as he ages he is likely going to learn to command other elements.

A very strange law, but one that originated as a means of survival the previous Dragon God being the example of it, due to this, as Algawrath started to realize his capabilities he understood that he could tell no one, in fear of being killed for claiming to be a God. Five years after his hatching he gained a younger sister, who he was and is very fond of. When he was ten and her five to save her life against a monster he revealed to her his true powers and she has kept his secret ever since. To avoid scrutiny Algawrath decided that when he came of age, he would not take the throne, but instead let his sister become ruler. Everything was going great until the year he turned 15, in which his parents were murdered by a rival, his sister held captive by this Dragon and Algawrath forced to flee at his sister’s request. Algawrath flew to the nearest island at the time to hide, as the Stormy city in the cloud past. Now he works on gathering strength and allies so that one day he may return to save his sister.
Additional Information: Due to the fact that if the current ruling Dragon Family of Inkepesk-Taoul they would most certainly try and kill him he is afraid of any Dragon he meets.
