Appearance Description: Carlos stands at 5’ 6”. His hair is short and black, and he has rather thin eyebrows. Both his eyes are dark green. His skin isn’t completely white but it isn’t tanned. After he inherited his powers, patches of silver scales have appeared on his back, shins and wrists.
His casual dress style consists of thin tee shirts with shorts, or whatever else is comfortable. He owns dazzling suits of various colours for when he performs as a stage magician, each with a different coloured bowtie.

Carlos is the embodiment of 'Pisces', granting him with functional immortality. This means he cannot get sick or die from natural means such as aging. (On that regard, he will keep aging until he hits 30.) Any wounds he gets will also regenerate, but he can die if he takes too much damage to heal. He can also identify another Zodiac just by the gut feeling he gets when he looks at one.
As a result of his title, Carlos can also manipulate the water around him whether through creating small ripples in the water to creating waves not much larger than himself (the latter would take a lot more effort to pull off, however).
In addition to that, he can freely change water between ice, water and mist, though he is more competent in switching between water and mist and keeping control of it than he is with ice.
His control over water and mist is at the point that he can create illusions with the help of mist. He can mainly use this to create illusory copies of himself and other things around him.

Carlos was brought up in a background of stage magicians. Their love for the trade rubbed off on him, and he aspires to become great like his parents.
One night, a beautiful woman appeared in his dreams. She told him that she was the former representation of Pisces, one of the celestial signs of the Zodiac. She explained to him that she had passed on all of her powers to him. He didn’t believe it at first, but you could imagine his surprise when he found out the next day that he could waterbend. By accidentally breaking a fish tank at an aquarium. The next day, he received an invitation letter to Starlight Academy. After a week he decided to accept the invitation.
