Personality Description:
Luna Is the kind of person that loves unconditionally. Kindness is second nature to her and Luna will always see the best in someone. Having always been the kind of person that would of bent over backwards and even giving the shirt off of her back.. It is something that people tend to abuse. Need some help moving? Sure! Got a booboo? Dont worry! She'll fix it right up. Broke and you need money? Here. When it comes to others Luna will do anything to make them smile even if it hurts her. Without complaint or asking for anything in return.
However, when it comes for asking for things for herself, small or large she stutters and turns shy. If it be help to get something off of a top shelf or even moving something that is far too heavy for her once she manages to ask, she will repay the kindness ten times over. For, one good turn deserves another.
Because Luna is as she is, the poor girl tends to be a target for bullies and will often get hurt by others. Often being accused of being a goodie-goodie the innocent girl will often get beaten up, shoved in lockers and hurt. But, much like her other teachings in life she has and always will turn the other cheek.
Powers:
Druidic nature.
Luna's power and magical might can be broken down into two separate sides. While plants and animals are one thing her other abilities are more akin to skills that revolve around her main ability which is natural empathy and control. Though, luna is a talented potion maker she tends to spend her time doing that while working with the plants and animals that she adores so much.
- Natural Empathy: Luna has the ability to communicate with both animals and plants. Which can be done a small number of ways telepathically, verbally, or even through touching the plant or animal physically. This includes all forms of plant life such as Flowers, trees, fruits, vegetables, pollen, etc. For animals it allows her to imitating the sounds that animals make in addition to speaking with them. Luna has the ability to sense the overall well-being and conditions of her immediate environment and natural settings stemming from her sensitivity to nature, which includes biomes. She is physically, emotionally and mentally in sync with plants and animals. This paired with her ability to sense and understand the emotions of animals allows her to know what is going on with them.
- Ecokinesis: Luna is directly connected to the life force of the earth which allows her to communicate, influence and to minuscule extents manipulate and control nature. This is an umbrella effect that covers weather, geology of the earth, etc. This allows luna to be able to survive in any environment (this is excluding her dietary restrictions). While each element responds to her (air, weather, lightning, earth, stone, metal, water, ice, clouds/mist, magma, fire, animals Etc.) She cannot fully control any one only make suggestions and if the element is willing to work with her then it will. But its very minor things at best, her glass of water growing cold, the wind blowing where she is to give a breeze, lighting a candle, ground being a bit easier to walk on. However, they tend to respond to her emotions (raining when she is sad, sun shining when happy etc). But, the elements will rise up in defense of her if need be.. (The wind will stop her from falling too far, plants will cradle her in her sleep/animals will bed down with her, Magma/fire will cool when she walks through it, etc.)
Weaknesses:
Easily manipulated: Luna is a gentle and kind person, because she always see's the brighter side of things and she always looks for the good in people... She doesnt see the evil in people, until it far too late. This is the sort of thing that keeps getting her in trouble with the wrong sort of people. Choosing instead to forgive them for their wrong doing against her than take action against them.
Restricted diet: Because Luna can speak with plants AND animals it is very hard for her to choose a meal. Or for that matter.. Even consume one. It is because of this that she relies on honey, eggs, milk, water and a heavier extent of sunlight. Much like a plant does. She can consume pre-killed cooked food, but she does choose to steer away from meat all together. Often choosing to have supplement shakes to fill the holes in her diet.
Mother Gaia: Mother Gaia, otherwise known as the force of nature, mother nature, Yggdrasil etc. Mother gaia is not so much a being or entity as much as it is the driving pulse of life. While unable to speak Mother gaia communicates with Luna the same way that she can feel the emotions of plants and animals. Mother Gaia is an influential aspect in Luna's life, for mother Gaia is where she was born and it is mother Gaia from where she gets her power from. Much like a bloom from the might three that is Gaia. Fleeting and beautiful. Mother Gaia's main influence is non violence and generosity for others.
Curiosity: Luna is more than curious. While curiosity may have killed the cat you might want to consider the little nature spirit a fuzzy little feline with nine lives. Curiosity is her greatest flaw and the second half of the source that leads her into temptation or trouble.
Biography:
Luna is a spirit of nature born from Yggdrasil itself, her mother Gaia. While the consciousness known as 'Luna' is many lifetimes old. From the time that she became conscious of herself she found herself peering through the roots of Yggdrasil at the world. Through the many places that the roots led her she appeared. Her curiosity growing with each life time that she lived through. Her mind learned the history of the world, much like a curious child tugging the hand of her mother, asking what things were. Her eyes innocent and wide. However, there was not enough magic in the world or in any one concentrated area in order for her to come forward.
As time passed Luna was practically sitting there with her hands on the glass, pressed up against it and pleading to be let out. One day, Luna felt Yggdrasil differently and then all went white.
In the heart of the forbidden forest grew a large mahogany tree from the center of this tree opens up and out of which is a sleeping Luna... Open her eyes she blinked several times looking around to the wide open world, no knowledge of who she or where she came from.. The only thing that was known in her mind was the teachings of Gaia and all that was learned as the ages past. But, her connection to Yggdrasil unknown there is just a gentle hint of knowing letting her know that there was some special connection that tied her to nature.
Additional Information:
Hourglass: Under the skin of Tsuki's right arm when activated will glow a bright emerald green showing an intricate hourglass with the time forever ticking down. Second by second, day by day. Counting down till the time in which she expires. This time is altered not at Lunas will but at Gaia's.
Herbology: Tsuki is a skilled herbalist which allows her to make wonderful potions, salves and other things of the like. While, this is a minor skill that eases aches, pains, and such it is not something that is instant but it is a good thing for simple things. A passion of a sorts it is one of the few things that she keeps near and dear to herself and it one thing that she does in her spare time that she isnt sleeping. By pouring her magical abilities (No matter how minor.) Luna can make minor healing salves for various of things and even the occasional tea. They are minor and while a good substitution for some medicines (like low dosage aspirin or sunburn cream) it would not be an effective method of treating more extensive problems.
Cooking: Tsuki has a way around a kitchen and frequently loves to cook, however because of her connection to the feelings and thoughts of fruits and vegetables as well as animals.. If it is something that is pre-killed or pre-picked/harvested then Tsuki no longer feels the connection with that and can easily cook it. However, Luna will rarely eat such things unless its a special occasion.
