A contract is created in three steps:
1) Summoning her
2) Negotiating the Terms
3) A Kiss to seal the deal
The contractor pays with his or hers soul, Cat steals a tiny fragment of the soul with a kiss. Stealing that fragments allows three things to happen:
1) She can use it to steal the rest of the soul when the contractor dies.
2) She can be summoned by the contractor when the contractor calls her name or are in dire need of help.
3) She can be de-summoned and return to her home or the home of the contractor (depending on what they negotiated).
A kill order or any other order for that matter cannot be broken easily. An order can be broken by three ways.
1) The death of the contractor.
2) The death of the assassin.
3) If she choose to break it.
She may choose to break it by the following exceptions
1) It was not negotiated.
2) If the order will hurt her master.
3) If she have extremely high emotion against it.
Memory Spell
When a contract is established she puts a dormant spell on her ears, whenever her master speaks and she is within hearing distance the spell awakens to print the words into her core, allowing for easy remembering of what it is that her master said.
