Appearance Description : Berlin stands at five feet and one inch tall. She has shoulder length rosy brown hair but that is the result of dyes and her real hair color is black. Her eyes are brown but that too is fake and the color of her eyes is black as well. She has an athletic build.
Berlin dresses in a simple combination of pants and blouses, nothing too loose or tight. She favors bright colors because they more easily draw the eye.
Personality Description : Berlin has an aloof personality, with little outward patience for fools and troublemakers. She holds a firm belief in the idea that people should be beaten down to make them stronger and if they break, then that's their own problem. If that breaking results in trouble for a large group of people, then she believes that person should be eliminated. She lies constantly about herself but not what she stands for. She can actually be rather decent to people that she likes, but in her own cold way.
Major Power : Forget Me Not - Berlin has the ability to make people forget her instantly upon seeing her. This effect can affect multiple people at once but does not discriminate between them. The amount of memories that she can erase herself from has a maximum time range of four hours. If this ability is used during her first meeting with somebody, then that person will forget her entirely. If this is used during a later encounter, then that person will simply forget that she was at that place in that time but will not forget having known her. This ability bypasses all transparent materials and surveillance. However, it will not work on somebody who is completely blind or otherwise unable to see her.
Minor Power : See No Evil - Berlin also has the ability to see things as they truly are, unaffected by illusions or enchantments. This also extends to allowing her to see through veils of invisibility but not the true forms of transformed creatures nor hidden spirits.

Biography : Berlin was born a typical girl to typical Japanese parents living in a typical part of her namesake city. Unfortunately, for her, her neighbors were not typical residents. Until she was six years old, she grew up oblivious to the fact that her family was living right next to the safehouse for a militant organization of people who, unknown to the general populace, had powers. They called themselves the Symbiotic Concert.
Her father, however, became increasingly suspicious of the Concert's presence. Yet he did not report his suspicions, instead deciding to wait for further evidence to back his claims. That was his mistake. If he had simply gone to his superiors, then the organization would have vanished without a trace. But because he didn't, he was eventually able to witness a member of that organization use their powers to suddenly appear seemingly from thin air. Thinking that he had not been spotted, the man headed back into his home to call the station.
And that was when two members of the Concert rushed in, quickly killing both the detective and his wife. They had not even noticed the intruders before they died. As the Concert prepared to dispose of the bodies, however, the members realized that there should have been a third person in the home. There were the tell a tale signs of a child living there and since it was evening, that child should have been present. All signs pointed to it, yet they could not find her.
Puzzled, another member of the Concert was sent for, one who had negation powers, while the other two made sure that the bodies disappeared permanently. Shortly afterwards, the man found the child hiding in a corner in plain sight, the power which had kept her from sight being too weak at that time to overcome the negation.
Instead of killing her as they had her parents, the Concert saw potential in the girl, especially her powers after they had been properly identified, and sent her away to be trained in Switzerland instead. She does not like to think of that time because of how weak she had been but she was eventually given the name Berlin and sent out on her first assignment at age fourteen -to kill a local vampire who was attracting too much human attention. She made it back in under half of her allotted time.
And that was the real start of her career in the Concert.
Many years later, Berlin was sent to Manta Carlos with a different task -infiltrate Starlight Academy as a teacher. Contrary to what many believe, the Symbiotic Concert is not an organization centered around things such as hate or discord. Rather it is an organization dedicated to keeping order, especially the line between ordinaries and those with powers, by any means necessary. And thus Berlin's assignment is not about corrupting young minds or turning them against each other. It is, simply, to eliminate those who are deemed uncontrollable and a menace to both society and secrecy.
Additional Information : Berlin is trained in several forms of martial arts but mixes them together with run of the mill street tactics in order to be less easily identifiable. She also very well acquainted with firearms, owns several, and tries to carry one with her at all times. When she can't, she settles for a good set of stilettos.
