When she's not stuck in her uniform, she wears the usual sorts of things that a pre-teen girl would. She's still a fan of patches and buttons on her clothes that are associated with rebellion in some way.

She's really lightened up on the specifics of the beliefs her parents raised her with, but she still finds it difficult to trust police or anyone who could be described as "the authorities."
She has a few edgy opinions that have made her notorious to some. One of them is that 'just because something is illegal doesn't mean it's bad.' (She has not gotten in trouble for any lawbreaking recently)
Touch of Destruction
Riley has the ability to destroy things by touching them. If her hand is in contact with an object, she can cause it to violently disintegrate. Riley can also choose to annihilate part of a larger object. For example, she could destroy a small cross-section in the middle of a pencil, snapping it in half.Organic living things will not be annihilated by her touch, but they can be seriously injured. If she attempts to use this power on an organic living being, she will break bones and/or cause serious bruising.
This ability is a larger drain on her divine energy than anything else. If she attempts to use it when her reserves of energy are depleted, she will destroy parts of herself in the process. The most she can annihilate at once would be something the size of a city bus.
Explosive Force
Riley can generate fiery explosions within three meters of herself. She can control both the shape and intensity of the blast. One of her strongest concentrated blasts could punch a hole through a metal safe or a reinforced concrete wall. Her strongest undirected blast could knock over a car.She cannot be directly injured by her own blasts. However, she can intentionally point a concentrated one at herself to propel herself - this is difficult to control, and while the blast itself wouldn't hurt her, she could still collide with something.
When Riley is prepared to use this power, her eyes will begin to glow - but she doesn't have to use the power if her eyes are glowing. If she makes a gesture with her hands or a held object while using this ability, it's easier to aim and focus the blasts.
November's Prize
Using a magic stone granted to her by November of the Twelve, Riley can summon the ghosts of her past selves. Riley cannot directly control these ghosts, but they feel an obligation to stay near Riley and help her do well (though their criteria for "doing well" could be very different from any human's). They are incorporeal, and have none of the destructive supernatural power that they had in life.
The ghost will resemble what it looked like in life. They can choose to be visible and audible to anyone around them, or invisible and inaudible to everyone except for Riley (and those with applicable magic senses.)
Riley can only summon one ghost at a time. They can exist for up to four hours at a time, or until they choose to leave, after which that particular spirit can't be returned for a week. Riley and the ghost will always be able to understand each other, but that doesn't mean everyone else can.
Regeneration
Riley can recover from injuries much faster than a human can, and she can recover from injuries humans can't. Minor cuts and scrapes can be seen knitting together in under a minute. Broken bones will be healed in under an hour. Limbs can be re-grown in several days. Riley can even recover from injuries that would be fatal - as long as her head or her heart is still relatively intact. She only needs one, not both - if both are destroyed or removed then she will die. Severe brain damage can be healed in a superficial sense fairly quickly, but her cognitive function could take a week to recover.Memories of Past Lives
As a reincarnated deity, Riley has some vague recollection of past lives. Occasionally she will recall something from long ago or from another planet or galaxy, something that she could not possibly have experienced herself. As Riley has had more time to process these memories, she has become better at understanding them. Though her recollection is fragmented and limited, she can draw on the knowledge of many languages, even those from other planets. She knows a couple of things about certain eras of history on this planet and others that she has no business knowing about. She can pick up some skills very quickly, sometimes even without instruction, because the act of trying to do that thing will refresh her memory.
Divine Energy
All of Riley's supernatural abilities are fueled by a divine energy. It normally recovers fairly slowly, but by engaging in or watching acts of vandalism or destruction that don't rely on her powers, she can gain this energy much more rapidly. She can also gain energy by being worshipped, feared, or respected as a Goddess, or by reconnecting with her past lives. She can tell when these things are giving her power, and it feels somewhat satisfying.
Using her supernatural abilities will expend this energy, and if she runs out, she can't use them (except for her touch of destruction, by destroying herself).
Destruction Resistance
Riley's control over the concept of destruction makes her body more difficult to destroy. Her skin is unnaturally resistant to (but not immune to) cuts, stabs, firearms, and fire. Her bones take much more force to break or fracture than a human's, and her muscles are just as resilient. Her eardrums cannot be damaged by explosions or loud noises. Her ability to bruise / bleed internally or receive a concussion is not affected.Any worn clothing will also benefit from this - it becomes substantially more burn-resistant and tear-resistant.
This effect is suppressed if Riley is unconscious, if she runs out of divine energy, or if she actually wants to get hurt (such as to receive an injection).
"Remembering"
Occasionally, Riley will get intrusive thoughts or visions from a past life. These can make it very difficult for her to focus on a task or conversation, and they often contain little or nothing of value to her because they're filtered through an alien mind or an unfamiliar language.- N/A
It is worth noting that Mr. and Mrs. Keegan shared an unusual political philosophy. They believed that human society fell into a downward spiral when it created civilizations larger than cities. According to them, this happened around the time that the Gods began leaving Earth. Mr. Keegan, himself a minor wizard and alumnus of Starlight Academy, already had a small cabal of like-minded individuals around him when his wife became pregnant. Now they believed the Gods were coming back to support their mission.
Riley's parents home-schooled her. They didn't want her being tainted by the public education system, nor did they want her revealing her Godhood or her parents' plans for her to the outside world. This included exposure to her parents' beliefs, along with the evils of capitalism and governments as a whole. Her parents gathered something of a cult around her, which spread, quietly, to other parts of Europe. When she grew old enough, they would tell her about the wider supernatural world. In the long term, they hoped to prepare her to destroy all those parts of civilization which they thought drove the gods away.
The Veil of Secrecy - the organization partly responsible for keeping the supernatural secret from normies - could not permit this cult to continue. The Starlight Academy scouts, too, couldn't allow a supernatural child to be used for what they saw as terrorism. They stopped it by kidnapping Riley and turning just about everyone else in to the local authorities, including her parents, leveraging the fact that they were already building and stockpiling bombs.
Riley was not happy about what was happening. After the scouts took her to the island, she had a temper tantrum that sent several people to the hospital and caused a lot of property damage before they could get a power-nullifying bracelet on her. She spent the next year on Juvie island as the school tried to make sure Riley wouldn't be a threat to everyone else at the school.
At this point, they have decided she has calmed down enough to be introduced to the general population. She's already building a reputation as a troublemaker and a disruptive influence in class.
One of the school's counselors is now her legal guardian, and she lives with a small family of werewolves, the Surcadres.
