Appearance Description: Malicia looks evil. That's the one adjective that can be freely applied to every last part of her appearance. She has bright red skin, covered head to toe in black, skeletal markings. Her eye glows red and has a (very false) evil glint to it, the other covered in a skull-emblazoned eyepatch. She ramlike horns and leathery wings. She wears a high collared cape everywhere she goes. Almost every single accessory she owns is covered in spikes. The only thing about her that doesn't scream that she's some kind of horrible villain is her short stature and pudgy build.
She also has a vaguely draconic form, referred to affectionately by her parents as their 'Lovely Accursed Serpent of Ruin'. In this form she has the head of a warthog, the horns of a goat, the forelimbs of a praying mantis, and nine pairs of black feathered wings that extend down her long, serpentine body.
Her true demonic form is that of a two foot tall, bright red, fuzzy little creature with a pair of bat wings for arms and two more pairs on her head and back.
Personality Description: Malicia's outward actions could not be further from her actual intent. Nearly everything she does sounds either malicious or deceitful, even if she's trying to be direct and honest. In reality, Malicia is absolutely horrified by the idea of making a contract intended to exploit or mislead the other party and uses her contracts for one single purpose- to make friends and quell her bitter loneliness.
Active Abilities:
Deal With the Devil - Malicia's very nature is to make deals with mortals. She is capable of granting minor wishes at her current level of power, such as changing appearances, influencing an individual's financial success, curing diseases, and other minor miracles like those. While she is technically capable of taking a mortal soul as payment she is disgusted by the idea of doing so and usually instead bargains by taking time out of the signer's life in the form of compelling them to spend time with her.
Unholy Trinity - Malicia can switch freely between her true form, her humanoid form, and her draconic form.
Bat out of Hell - Malicia can fly, breathe fire, and shoot lightning out of her eyes in all of her forms.
Passive Abilities:
I Can Smell Your Soul - Malicia can smell emotions. She usually has to focus on doing so if she wants to pick out a particular person, but the stronger a feeling is the more powerful the scent.

Biography: Malicia Infernagony Satanopheles DCLXVI is the daughter of two fairly unremarkable demons- her father a simple imp and her mother a crossroads demon- and is perfectly satisfied with living an average life. Her mother, however- dear Malicia Infernagony Satanopheles DCLXV- insisted from a very young age that Malicia was special, a gifted child. She was not.
Malicia was raised with very high expectations from her mother. She had somehow gotten the idea in her head that Malicia would be a great demon who would rise high above her station and eventually become a great queen of hell. She was sure that she'd be a ruthless deceiver, harvesting desperate souls by the hundreds with her contracts.
Malicia gathered a single soul, and then she felt bad. The poor man had only been asking to cure his poor wife's sickness. Was that really something that someone needed to be condemned to hell for? Malicia couldn't bear to use her powers that way.
She communicated her moral issue to her mother who, while disappointed, was more invested in her daughter's happiness than how well the girl could contribute to the damnation of human souls. She agreed to send the girl to Earth to come to her own conclusions about what she wanted to do with her life and Malicia excitedly began her Human High School Experience™.
