She's moved away from her monochrome way of dressing, having started to bring in more red to her clothing and makeup. She always wears a pair of tortoiseshell glasses (which she can barely see without) and tends to dress either for winter weather- regardless of the actual weather- or in any number of full body suits she's bought on the station.

Personality Description: Anne tries to be friendly and social, but she has a tendency to slip into cynicism and issues with being pretentious that can hold her back sometimes. She has a great work ethic when motivated by interest in what she’s doing, but she falls prey to laziness and procrastination for less inspired projects. It’s usually while she’s procrastinating that she socializes the most and nothing motivates her to try and meet people like avoiding something that needs to be done. She is also terrified of any kind of serious or remotely dangerous confrontation. If confronted with a fight she will probably run (for about a block before she’s winded).
Active Abilities:
Runic Magic - Anne is an accomplished student of her family’s Runic Magic. Her control over most elemental runes is shaky and limited to minor uses (fire to heat things up, electricity to charge phones, summoning small amounts of water, etc.) but her natural affinity for ice allows her to create detailed constructs and defend herself using the element. At her current level of skill the largest thing she can create is an average adult sized block of ice.
Passive Abilities:
Blood Runs Cold - As a result of her affinity for ice magic, Anne is immune to extreme cold, but is also almost always chilly. This results in her constantly needing to wear warm clothes to be comfortable.
Biography: Anne is the niece of the head of the very old and very rich Skjeggestad family, her father being the younger brother of the current head, and the single child in her generation to be born with the ability to perform magic. Prior to the discovery of her magical ability she was considered something of the black sheep of the family due to her rebellious attitude and was treated poorly by her siblings and cousins. The sudden change in attitude when she was selected as the heir to both the family’s magic and their shipping empire has led her to resent her family further and mistrust anyone who tries to get too close to her after learning her last name.
She stayed with her family until graduation from high school, at which point she was suggested (read: told) to move from her hometown of Stockholm to Manta Carlos to live with and study from her Uncle. Despite being annoyed by her lack of agency in the decision, Anne begrudgingly agreed and used the opportunity to enrol in Starlight Academy and further her own artistic aspirations.
Resources: While she has the family credit card in case of emergencies, both her parents and her aunt and uncle watch the account like hawks, meaning any purchase on it would be heavily scrutinized. She still maintains a fairly decent income for a university student by taking commissions online, so she always has at least some spending money. She's currently living (on her family money) in her own apartment.
