"Um. There is this one girl, actually. But we aren't really.. 'together'. Other than that, no, not really. Unless I didn't notice, not too many girls were ever interested in me. Why is it you're so interested, I wonder?"

She didn't expect that answer, she sighed... "I was bored and wanted to pry into your life..." She said with a shrug, though she was kinda disappointed that there was a girl in his life. He didn't seem like the kind that would have a lot of girls after him. But maybe that's why he had a girl, she shrugged mentally at her thoughts. She wondered why the girl hadn't claimed him yet, or was it only her who liked him. She pondered for a second wondering what she could talk about.

"I had a feeling that was the case. You didn't seem the type to get jealous, honestly." At the very least, if that was the case, he could hide behind the excuse that he had someone instead of telling he wasn't interested. She was a bit too young for his tastes. Though he had to admit she was quite attractive.

She sighed, she wasn't really interested in him. She was kinda saddened by the fact that maybe her nanny was right. Maybe she was unloveable, she looked at her leg. She thought of Berserker, he was ugly but she thought him beautiful because the heart he had beneath his looks. Why did people always look at looks or age? She asked herself inwardly, she sighed thinking of how many words her nanny had drilled in her head. Words for herself that she wouldn't say in her life, she remembered how her nanny called her worthless and scum. She smiled thinking of Berserker who had killed her nanny, how she wished she could've rubbed it in her face that she was now free.

"So... You and this girl are going out?" She asked with a smirk.

"Errr.. um, no.. not exactly. It's one of those romance story type things where they obviously like each other, and show it occasionally, but never admit it to anyone, including themselves."

She chuckled inwardly seeing the flash she guessed his other personality forced it out of him. "I see... So you like her but you don't tell her because your chicken?" She wanted to heard the answer to this one. She hoped it was amusing, but she could settle for serious and boring. But if it came down to it if he didn't tell her he pretty much was a chicken since they weren't even going out.

BAM! .. times two.

Corona gave up control and forcibly gave it back to Paul.

"Uhh err... well.. uhh.." His face turned red a little. "No! That isn't it at all. She[/] came on to me.

That has nothing to do with telling her you like her...

"She's the one who kissed me while I was sleeping!" He crossed his arms. "Stupid girls. She wasted like over half the money in my wallet too.

You're the one who paid for dinner without saying anything to her.. and that's AFTER you had a big argument about who should pay for it!

...

Maura smirked, "You like her and your a coward because you can't admit it. You liked when she kissed you, you also liked treating her and wanted her too. That's because you like her but your a big coward and don't have enough guts to tell her straight out that you like her. You probably would've had enough guts to kiss her yourself!" She said with a light laugh amused at how childish he was acting about the matter.

It was obivious the girl liked him, but he was being such a scaredy cat by keeping it in. Maura liked to pry into his life, she found this quite amusing. She wondered how long the relationship was going on that he didn't have enough guts to tell the other that he liked her in more than a friend way.

"Yeah...whatever". He largely ignored what she said. He didn't really want to discuss it. Especially because Corona gave him a hard enough time with it as it is. He didn't need Maura getting in on it, too. Next thing he'll know, Berserker will come back and start taunting him about it! How annoying..

She chuckled, "You know she's not going to push you away, seeing she kissed you and all I think she likes you too. Probably a lot more than you realize, you should take her out sometime and tell her. Then at least you won't have to wish you told her but didn't. I bet you if you kissed her she'd kiss you back." She smiled at him lightly trying to encourage him to stop playing dumby and just tell the girl the truth. She knew the girl wouldn't push him away or beat him.

"It's bad enough I share her enemies now. I don't need her sharing mine. I have Corona on my side, and he knows what he is doing. She, on the other hand, doesn't need giant lizard men chasing after her. I've already had this discussion with Corona, and he highly advises against such relationships."
