"It is nice to see you again. It's been nearly 17 years since I've seen another one of my kind. You'll not believe how much humans have changed since the medieval times." Corona responded.
The angel giggled. "I know more about the humans than you think." She eyed the body Corona was currently in suspiciously."Is that really a human body? It harnesses more spiritual power than most priests. Have you not just started the training?" She actually did not sound as surprised as her words would make you think.
Corona turned to the horizon and pondered her words for a moment. "No, I have. But it has been going even better than I had hoped. The human mind still holds wondrous potential." He turned back to her. "But.. you don't seem all that surprised. Have you already met with Elazul and Nemaera?"
"I have." She nodded. "The hosts Elazul Earthstrider and Nemarea Lightgrace have seen similar results. However they have also met with heavy demonic feedback. More so than expected, even."
"Yes, same here." He agreed. Lesset hadn't stopped hounding him since he had arrived on the island. "Lesset is here. He's been starting to mass produce abominations. I haven't been able to find out where, exactly, but he's definitely doing it."
"There is also the matter of the other one."
"Yes, but she has been here a while. I do not believe Darci has anything to do with Lesset. They are separate matters that will be dealt with by separate battles. I have only learned about her by snooping around about the island's past, after all. The amount of darkness afflicting this island is incredible. I am not even sure how it isn't covered by demons.."
Corona was going to continue, but a female nurse's voice was heard in the room behind. Corona turned around abruptly. "Crud.. I guess this room isn't abandoned after all. Or maybe they heard me." The voice was getting closer, Corona looked for a way to escape. Could he jump onto the roof..? No, definitely not. That was when the angel grabbed him and placed him onto the roof's building before disappearing.
"Thanks.." Corona said before she disappeared. He would have to continue his report another time. Until then, he slowly and carefully made his way across the roof and estimated where his room was. When he thought he found it, he fell down and didn't exactly plan his fall correctly. He landed on the balcony of the room, but smacked his head (with a loud CLANG) in process. Luckily, it was the right room.
