"Of course, I have no objection to your minion coming with us. If you wish to come, then please follow me."

The girl sighed having Berserker follow him, she wondered if he thought she'd actually change. The girl had Berserker carry her, she liked how wonderful Berserker was to her. Berserker always made sure she was okay and treated her as if she really matter instead of was only some evil minion. She wanted to call him a friend but she didnt trust Corona enough.

He lead them up the unmarked, overgrown path that lead towards the mountain. He knew the cave wasn't all that far now, which he was glad considering how rain droplets already started to occasionally fall from the sky. He figured they would make it just in time.

"How is your leg doing?" He called back. He was afraid that if it was still bleeding that it could possibly become infected. She had definitely left the hospital way too early.

"How is your leg doing?"

She growled slightly at him, "You don't really care you just want me to stop killing people. You'd probably be glad if I died from natural causes." She said annoyed, "It's bleeding and bloody hurting but like anyone cares. All they want to do is put me in some stupid foster home with abusive people but like they care!" She said angrily, the pain made her want to growl out anything she could. Even if it was personal, the pain was terrible. Had she been a normal person she'd have cried from it, but since crying was physically impossible for her she didn't.

Berserker would've chided her had he talked, he continued to follow Corona. He knew his master was moody but she also was hurt. Berserker didn't show hostile ways to Corona seeing he was 'helping' her. But if he made a funny move Berserker wouldn't think twice about breaking the boy's little weak body in two. Berserker did have anger issues when it came to important people. He would go a bit insane especially seeing how Maura was his best friend. Yet he seemed like a daisy when helping her.

"Huh. I see." He didn't seem the least bit insulted by her words. He sort of expected something along those lines. The cave entrance came into view now, as the rain began to fall heavier as time continued. He was a bit weary at first.. unsure if anything had decided to move in since the last time he was here. "Can either of you see in the dark by any chance? I'm afraid normal humans do not have very good eyesight. There is a chance something is in this cave, after all."

Berserker let out a snort, he eyed the room he wasn't human. He wasn't beast either. He couldn't see in the dark, but he had a sense for blood. It seemed a few bats had taken shelter on the ceiling in the back. He motioned to Corona to take the girl from his discolored hands, he looked much like a dead zombie yet somehow different he was very ugly yet hard to discribe. He shot a look at him, letting the boy know if he so as much as dropped the girl he was dead. Of course Maura wasn't too heavy seeing she was still young, but she was at least 60-80 pounds since she wasn't full grown up yet.

Corona did as Berserker wanted without a single word. He did think about how this girl could stand being with him, though. He figured she was lonely and depressed enough that she didn't really find his figure revolting like most humans would. He eyed her wound and frowned that it still hadn't closed. She could lose her leg if it became infected.

Berserker entered the cave the creature had no fears for his own life. He cared more for his master, he shewed the bats and made sure that was the only presence in the cave before coming back out to take Maura from the boy. Maura seemed disgusted to be in a 'human's hands'. When Berserker came back her eyes seemed to lite up, her whole world evolved around Berserker. And without him her life would be meaningless and painful. Berserker was all she had for a friend, and to Berserker she was the only one who didn't shriek and run away.

He handed Maura over to him and gestured for them to enter the cave first. "We're just in time before the rainstorm, I believe. Hopefully it won't last too long." He looked over at Maura. "We need to find a way to close your wound. If we don't, you could end up losing it, or worse."

"We're just in time before the rainstorm, I believe. Hopefully it won't last too long."

Berserker nodded taking Maura into the cave, he didn't trust Corona completely but seeing how his master wasn't feeling well he didn't want to take chances. He layed Maura down on the ground gently on a clean area. He knew his arms would give her a neck cramp if he held her that way long enough.

"We need to find a way to close your wound. If we don't, you could end up losing it, or worse."

Maura looked at him then rolled her eyes, "No I won't, there had been many who have gotten injured and been uncared for and healed so I'll be fine." She said subbornly, "Besides you just want me to get adopted or something and why in the bloody world would I want that?" Her voice was racked with pain, but one could barely tell if it was from physical or emotional.

He leaned on the wall near the other two - purposely keeping a bit of distance due to them not really trusting him. He felt a sudden dizzyness and shook his head to rid himself of it. It had been approximately one week since he had slept.. he was growing tired. He slid down to a sitting a position as his eyes began to close, and without saying a word he fell asleep.
