"Don't answer him."

Rae stared at him for barely a second before she turned and headed back up the mountain, heading toward the cave.

Corona seemed quite confused at this gesture, and wasn't entirely sure how to react. "Wait! I asked you a question. You're going to just leave after attacking me? That isn't very good manners." He began to follow her up the path, his sword was still in hand and he was prepared to defend himself should she attack him again.

Without turning around Rae answered calmly, "I did attack you, yes. But don't talk to me about manners. You were the one who tried slicing off my head. And I don't believe I have any obligation to answer any question you ask me."

Rae knew he wouldn't be leaving her alone anytime soon so she spun around and stared up into his face. "Maybe I would have killed you, but I hadn't tried it yet. And I'll answer your question because you won't let me be. It is because Moe told me to, that's why."

"Why'd you tell him that?"

Rae glared at Moe. "Because I wanted to."

Rae rolled her eyes. "Why do you care about what Moe does? She just tells me what to do. She's older and wiser." She again turned away from Paul and began climbing.

"I really don't mind whether I die or not. And I'm quite aware that I'm not going toward the school, thank you." She reached the cave and entered the darkness, not paying attention to anything Moe was telling her.

The decision is now yours. I'm going to let you take back control. You can either follow her, or head back towards the school.

Paul knew that was coming. As he retook mental control, he sheathed his sword and looked up at the cave. He wondered where it lead to. She really said she didn't care if she died? What was with this girl? He decided he was going to find out. He followed her into the cave, using the light she was creating for herself as a guide. He tried his best to stay quiet so she wouldn't know he was following her. Sometimes it was difficult with all the rocks and stuff, however.
