Paul stopped and turned around and looked up at the mountain range behind them. "Not very.. at least, nowhere near the dragon nests. But that doesn't mean one won't find us and take us as dinner..."He looked a little cautious, but turned around and continued moving anyways. He never noticed her kill the snake.
Again the weird feeling came over Rae and Moe appeared again.
"Why isn't he dead yet, Rae? He's evil. Can't you see he has villianous plans to lead you somewhere and kill you?"
Rae pursed her lips. [color=33ff99]"I know, Moe. But he--"[/color]
"No buts. Hypnotize him now. It's three miutes until ten and then you can't try it until morning."
Rae nodded and said, [color=33ff99]"Paul?"[/color]

Rae refrained from grinning in glee and let her eyes flash the light purple quickly. She waited to see if it had worked.
Paul relaxed as he fell under her hypnotic spell.
Crud. Too late. I knew there was something odd about this girl.. PAUL! WAKE UP!...
No response. While Corona was unaffected, he couldn't wake Paul up.

Moe chuckled evily. "Good. Now, direct him to that tree and kill him."

Paul's eyes suddenly flashed yellow, and Corona took mental control. Due to it being a completely different being in control of his body, he was not under the effects of the hypnosis. Paul was also jolted awake as he lost dominance over his own body.
As soon as he took control, Corona unsheathed his sword and swung it right at Rae's throat. If it connected, no wound would be present. Nor would any blood. However, her mind would receive a significant amount of temporary damage, resulting in temporary long-term memory loss and a weakening of her abilities.

Reacting with complete instinct, Rae unsheathed her sword in record time and raised it to block his strike. Obviously the hypnosis didn't work on him, which was disappointing.
"Why do you perform such actions? Explain yourself." He stared her in the eyes with a stern expression. He was a lot different now. His personality almost seemed to be that of someone else.
If she tries to hypnotize me again, and it works, switch out with me and take over. If we keep switching off we can beat her hypnosis.
