Sylvi snorted at that. "I am still completely confident that I will win. Quite easily too." She huffed. "I would simply like to limit distractions, and have a clear mind." She answered matter of factly.

She blinked and tilted her head when Hakon insisted that she join in drinking if they went to a club. "Whatever do you mean? I just drank a beer with you. Surely that has to count for something?" She asked, before flying off to the school.

Once there, she'd book one of the power training rooms, before beginning to stretch. "So, how do you propose we handle this? We could do first blood, or to submission."

Sylvi huffed when Hakon said she couldn't use her armor. "Hrmpf. If I cannot use my armor, why should you be allowed to use your shield?" She asked. If she was only allowed to used her spear, it only seemed fair that Hakon could only use his sword.

"However, I suppose it does not matter. I would simply ask that you agree not to shape shift." Sylvi said as she finished her stretches. In a instant she'd summon her spear, pointing it squarely at Hakon. It seemed like a fair trade off. She couldn't use her armor, and Hakon couldn't shape shift. But he did get to use his shield.

"We will fight to submission. That is, the first to yield." Sylvi said, taking her position at one end of the room. She'd wait for Hakon to get ready, before shouting to begin and charging Hakon. They'd go back and forth for a while, neither managing to gain the upper hand, until eventually Sylvi managed to get a lucky blow, enough to give her an opening to pin Hakon against the ground. She'd rest the tip of her spear against his neck.

"Do you yield?" She asked, before helping Hakon to his feet once he admitted defeat. "I must confess, you fought well."

Sylvi gave a confident smile when Hakon spoke of her skill with the spear. "Aside from the fact that this was purpose crafted for me, I have spent the past 8 years training to become a Valkyrie with this very spear. I should hope I am skilled at wielding it."

She'd eye Hakon's shield. "You used that shield well. I am not practiced in combat against it, and you forced me to change strategies several times. And seeing you use it in conjunction with the sword was impressive."

She took a look around the room. "I will say, today has been quite enjoyable. Thank you, Hakon. Perhaps life among mortals will not be as boring as I first suspected." Sylvi said. Having enjoyed exploring the island with Hakon. Even with his antics. And their debate and sparring contest had been more fun the she'd had since coming to the island.

Sylvi rolled her eyes when Hakon corrected her. Even if not everyone on the island was a mortal, the vast majority were. At least in someway.

She'd blink in surprise. when Hakon asked if she wanted the spear from the dwarf's shop. "You truly want to return to there? After he assaulted you? Do not be ridiculous. As you say, there are plenty of other shops on this Island."

Sylvi was about to turn down the offer of a meal, when her stomach let out a low rumble. "A meal sounds delicious right now." She said as they left the power training room. "Lead the way."
