"Y'know......despite supposedly disliking me you seem eager to explore with me," he'd sat with a smirk and a chuckle. "I doubt old one eye intended you to always be around me," which he certainly didn't mind having the attractive girl around.

The pair were at the edge of the city, walking in, having left the school behind them. "Got anything you wanna see first?" he'd ask curiously. "They have potion shops here, and I remember reading about the enchanted weapon shops."

He'd stop, watching as a small group of dragons flew past overhead. "Huh....cool," he was still new to all the magic stuff. "We could also find a club and get w few drinks," he'd say with a mischievous look. @Big Jeffe

Sylvi

"Well, someone has to keep you out of trouble." Sylvi huffed, flying just above the ground next to Hakon. "And it will be good to have a better understanding of this islands terrain, and it's importent locations."

"Odin." She corrected when he called her Grandfather "Old One Eye." Before she stopped to think for a moment over where to go. "Weapons shop."

She'd give Hakon a glare when he suggested going to a club. "No. If you want to go to a club on your own time. Fine. But I have more importent things to do. Now, come on." She said, setting off in the direction that she believed the weapon shop to be in.

He'd follow her. "This is my time," he'd say with a snort. "If you wanna keep me out of trouble.....then going with me to the club miiiiiiiight be a good idea," he'd say with a smirk, pulling out his phone.

"As for the weapon shops," he'd pull up a few of the store websites on his phone, stepping close to her. "There's lots here, hell, looks like one of them is even run by a dwarf."

Hakon would show her his phone. "The dwarf one is the closest," he'd say, "so we should hit that one first." He'd point in the direction of the store.

Sylvi

Sylvi squinted at Hakon when he said going to a club would be a good idea. "Judging by how you said that, it sounds like you would cause trouble if I took you to a club. So no, I won't be doing that."

She nodded when he said that one of the shops was owned by a dwarf, who were known for their abilities when it came to forging. "Perfect." She said, flying off in the direction of the store.

She landed just outside the entrance and took a look around. The store seemed to sell every kind of weapon. Swords, spears, axes, even bows for those that used them. Picking up one of the spears, she examined it, before looking around for Hakon.

He'd smirk, "but do you think the trouble will be worse if you're not there?" They hadn't known each other long, but he had grown to enjoy teasing the stern ang serious girl. "Plus I wanna drink you....not every day one gets to drink with a daughter of the thunderer,' he'd say with a snicker.

Hakon would shift to his raven form, flying after her, she was probably faster than him, but he kept up easily well. He'd land on her shoulder, leaning in half looking at the spear. "Looks nice," he'd peck the shift a few times. "You gonna try and dual wield spears?" he'd ask jokingly.

Hopping off her shoulders he'd look at one of the daggers, pecking on the flat of one of the blades. "Didn't dwarves make your dad's hammer?" he'd fly up to perch on the cross guard of a sword, "how do these measure up to the weapons in Asgard?"

Sylvi

"Very well. If I agree to have a beer with you, will you stop asking to go clubbing?" Sylvi hissed at Hakon. She was starting to get annoyed that he refused to take no for an answer.

Sylvi frowned when Hakon asked if she was going to dual wield the spears. "Don't be ridiculous. That would be impractical, and ineffective." Not that she expected him to understand. She let out a laugh when he asked her how they matched up to the weapons in Asgard. "Ha! These are cheap imitations compared to the weapons of Asgard. Sigurd would put them all to shame." She said proudly, referring to her own spear.

"But. A new training spear would be nice." She said, giving the spear another look over.

"A beer it is then," he'd say, with a chuckle that came out sounding like squawk because of his current form, he looked a little embarrassed over it. "I saw online about a local place that's built to look like a viking mead hall." Hakon tilted his head when she started talking about how low quality the weapons were, but before he could say anything a voice came from behind th hem.

"Oi, that's my craft you're talking about lass," said the red headed dwarf behind them, his long beard tied at various spots with leather bands. "I step out to welcome customers, be a good host, and I hear you insulting my work." The short man, glared up at her.

Hakon would snicker. "Oh my, to think you were worried about me starting trouble," he'd laugh a little, which again sounded weirdly squakish.

"Oi, and tell your pet to shut his beak," the dwarf would say, glaring at the bird.

"I'm not her pet," Hakon would say, hopping closer to the dwarf, "shouldn't you be off taking back gold from a dragon?"

Sylvi

Sylvi nearly jumped when the store owner appeared out of nowhere. Of course he had to show up when Hakon had asked her how it compared to Asgardian weapons, what she supposed to do? Lie to him? She muttered a few quick curses in Swedish, before looking down her nose at the dwarf

"I, for one, would consider it high praise to have my weapons compared to those in Asgard. Especially when it comes from a Valkyrie, and a daughter of Thor at that." Sylvi huffed. "And I was still intending to buy it for sparring and training. But if you would refuse to sell to a Valkyrie of all things. Then I shall simply take my business somewhere more deserving." Sylvi said with a slight sneer.

She cast a quick look of disapproval towards Hakon when he told the dwarf to go take gold from a dragon. "Quiet, bird." she said, before looking back at the shop keep. "How much?"

The dwarf would summon what looked like a baseball sized chunk of metal, flinging it at Hakon. The raven would be hit, going down with a squeak, landing on the ground.

"As for you Valkyrie," he'd look to her, "you called my weapons cheap imitations." He'd continue to glare. "You're the daughter of a drunkard who pretends to be a warrior and granddaughter of a one eyed old man who pretends to be wise."

Meanwhile Hakon would shift to his human form, his cheek cut and bruised. "Fucking dwarf," he'd stand with a growl, looking as if he was going to charge him.

The dwarf would continue. "You girl I'd take easily, with a weapon of my own forging, the bird boy I'd pluck and eat."

Sylvi

Sylvi blinked when he threw a chunk of metal at Hakon. She clearly hadn't expected that at all. Tossing the spear she was holding to the side, she would summon her own and point it squarely at the dwarf.

"Firstly. You do not speak of my family like that. Secondly, you just assaulted Hakon. Something I will not suffer you to do twice." Slowly, she glanced at Hakon and mouthed "Stay out." to him. "Thirdly, I can't tell if you are simply an idiot, or you actually believe you could, by some miracle, best me in fair combat. But as things stand, you simply aren't worth the trouble. Dwarf. Consider this a warning."

Turning her attention back to Hakon, she stepped in-between him and the dwarf. Just in case.. "We are leaving. Now." She said, attempting to guide him towards the door.
