He'd grumble and follow her out of the shop, the dwarf muttering and cursing at them. "Stupid dwarf," he'd say as they exited, wiping a bit of blood from hid cheek. "Fucking throwing metal at me like that," he'd sigh.

"He sure backed down when you pulled out your spear," he'd say with a snicker. "Grumpy bastard seemed insecure in his own work," he'd wipe more blood from his cheek as it trickled from the bruised cut.

"Anyways, you ok?" he'd ask, looking at her, he knew she probably was, she was a tough one.

Sylvi

Sylvi waited until they were out of hearing distance of the shop before speaking again. "He realized that I wasn't lying about being a Valkyrie." She huffed. "Just who did he think he was, speaking like that?"

She gave a concerned look at Hakon, especially his cheek. "I assure you, I'm fine. But.. What about you? That cut looks bad. Perhaps we should get a healer." Even if it was his own fault, she couldn't ignore the fact that he was hurt.

He'd chuckle. "He was a grumpy old bastard who didn't like his weapons called cheap," he'd wipe a little more blood away, the blood was starting to slow. "Maybe it wasn't the first time and it was starting to annoy him."

Hakon would smile. "I'll be fine, I'll track down a dock at the school a bit later," he didn't heal fast or anything but he wasn't worried about it. "Didn't expect him to ty throw something at me," he'd say with a snicker.

Sylvi

"He wasn't going to throw anything at you until you provoked him. You should have let me handle it." Sylvi said rolling her eyes, and putting her spear away. She was skeptical about him actually getting the bruise looked, but she chose not to pursue it.

"Hmm.. Now where was that bar again.." She asked, look around. After that debacle, she needed to clear her head. And if stopped Hakon from causing any more trouble, then all the better.

"Eh, he was being an ass," he'd say with a huff, "plus....with him saying that stuff, sounded like he had a thing against Asgard." He wasn't overly fond of that realm, giving Odin was half the reason be was abandoned, but he didn't take it out on Sylvi.

He'd poke at his cheek. "Do I still look rogueishly handsome?" he'd ask with a snicker. "They say cuts adds to that."

"Oh the mead hall," he'd glance around, checking the street signs, before pulling out his phone and checking something. "Its going to be this way today," he'd shift to a raven, motioning her to follow before lifting up. "See, up ahead," the mead hall was floating on glowing clouds, lowering itself to the ground, it very much looked like a viking hall.

Sylvi

Sylvi abruptly stopped walking, and balled her fists. She was clearly getting angry. "That he would even DARE to think his work comparable to those OF ASGARD is foolish enough. As no mortal could ever match their craftsmanship. But to hold a grudge against Asgard itself is folly. And simply shows him for the scum that he is." She hissed at Hakon. Indignant at the suggestion of that dwarf holding a grudge against her home. "He should count it lucky I didn't do worse." Sylvi growled.

She huffed when he asked if he was still roguishly handsome, before setting off after him when he flew towards the Mead Hall.

Heading inside, she was surprised to see that it was an actual mead hall. Several long tables with bench sitting lined the interior of the hall, and two large fireplaces on opposite sides. And there seemed to be plenty of beer and food. "Well. This is a welcome surprise." Sylvi said, looking around for an open spot.

He'd glance around the mead hall. "Whoa....its pretty cool," he'd say, "kinda like they took one of Vahalla's halls and updated it." A goblin would approach them, bowing to them, and leading them to one of the tables, he'd summon their drinks of choice pouring it for them, and giving them a menu before vanishing again.

Hakon would sniff above his cup before sipping it. "Its good stuff," he'd take another drink. "Probably the nicest bar I've ever been....not counting those in Vahalla that is."

"So, angry dwarfs aside, whatcha think of the island so far?" he'd ask curiously. "I'm told the children of gods often get sent here for different reasons." He'd take another sip. "I'm worried I'll run into some half siblings eventually."

Sylvi

Sylvi chuckled when Hakon said it was the nicest bar he'd been in. "Beginning to regret leaving? Well, you should." She huffed. "I could take you back, but you would not be allowed to leave again."

Taking a sip of her beer, she couldn't help but admit that he had a point. it was pretty good. Not
Valhalla good, but still good.

"Well, I did meet with Stefan earlier. The son of Freyja?" She asked, though she wouldn't be surprised if Hakon didn't know him. "Suffice it to say, there are likely other siblings we haven't met with yet."

He'd stick his tongue out at her. "Not even a little," he'd say with a snicker. "Let the gods go a little longer without me," he'd sip his drink. "Wouldn't it be better if I didn't live in Asgard anyways? Like my whole situation is because my parents wouldn't let the pantheons share custody?....Y'know, like adults?" he actually sounded serious and lowkey hurt by it all.

"Freyja huh?" another sip of his drink, "would he be like...your cousin or something?"

Hakon would take a bigger drink of his mead, before groaning a bit. "Well.....with Thor siblings, you guys will probably just punch each other and then get drinks, who knows what the other Loki kids will try," the whole thing sounded like a pain. "Like....imagine more of me around," he'd say with a snicker.

Hakon would drain his mug and motion one of the workers to get him a refill which they did. "This island seems to be where all the demigods get sent anymore, can't have the next generation of Hercules and such causing problems for the mortals I guess."

Sylvi

Slyvi was about to retort that Hakon was going to straight to Valhalla, but stopped herself when he suddenly got serious. Instead, she just took a sip of her beer. With the carefree and joking way he normally acted, him being serious about something was almost unnerving.

Sylvi just shook her head when he called them cousins, and laughed when he called them siblings. "Please. I believe the correct term is 'uncle'. Besides, I would never be siblings with a half mortal." She said scornfully. She was thankful that he was teaching her about the island. But he was still very much "Freyja's son."

Sylvi just huffed when he said that demigods were sent to the island to keep them from causing trouble. "You mean like you?"
