As the water splashed onto him, he closed his eyes to endure the wetness, then he too dipped himself underwater. His hair looking discolored seaweed in the water, swam around for a minute then rose back up to the surface. "Is that so...." He placed his hands on the surface waiting for her to make her next move.

Atalia nodded, and giggled. As Cade swam around her, she followed him with her eyes, and then jumped out at him, attempting to dunk him. The truth was, she was a horrible dunker. Elatrion would always end up dunking Ata instead. But it didn't stop her from trying!
As he emerged from the depths of the water, the next thing Cade saw was Atalia lunging herself at him, trying to dip him underwater. When she tried to plant herself on him, he caught her and held her out of the water. "I've already fallen for that once before. I'm not falling for that again." he said with a smile.
Stopping in midair, Ata let out a small 'oomph!'. She looked down, water dripping off her clothes. She smirked, and tried to fly away, though he had a pretty good grib on her frail frame. She wasn't very strong, so it wouldn't be very feasable for her to lift him, or herself with him still attached. She squirmed a bit, and then gave up. "I've been caught!" She sighed.
Cade managed to maintain his grip on her. He was clearly stronger than she was. He smirked, then giggled as he released her into the water. He then dipped himself into the water and stayed in looking at her while doing so.
Atalia fell back into the water, making a small splash. She mimicked Cade's moves, and dipped herself into the water, matching his gaze. She raised an eyebrow, curious on what was going on in that quiet little brain of his... She grinned, and lunged towards him to tickle him. She started giggling, unable to stay still, or quiet for a long period of time.
While underwater, Cade watched as she copied his movements, and gaze at him. When she lunged herself at him, he tried to get away but couldn't. She tickled him. He tried desperately to hold his laughter underwater but had to rise up to surface to get some air after nearly drowning.
Atalia helped him to the surface, almost filling her own lungs with the laughter of the situation. A big grin was plastered across her face, and as she and Cade reached the surface, her laughter was accompanied by coughs, and she patted Cade on the back if he had the same problem. "Note to self:" she chuckled, "no tickling under water!" Atalia let go of Cade, and swam to the shore, laying out on the beach, looking up at the fluffy clouds passing her by. It was great.. And who would want to waste such a scene like this inside, or in a classroom? Or even in bed asleep?
As he was helped to the surface, Cade opened his eyes. His sight was a bit blurry at the moment, for he was suffocating via lack of oxygen. He breathed heavily, then eventually recovered some air while swimming back to shore behind Atalia. When he reached the shore, he laid himself face first on the ground while still breathing hard.
Atalia looked over to Cade, and grinned. She gave him a little pat on the shoulder, and started to burst with laughter. "Oh! That was so much fun! Wouldn't you say so!?" She held her stomach, and rolled backwards onto her back, laughing. She then relaxed, and looked up at the sky again. "I love the water... Maybe thats why I was given my power of manipulation... Because of my love of water." She looked over to Cade. "Do you think you were given the powers from you eyes because you wish to protect people maybe?" True, it seemed a little far fetched, but maybe Atalia would help Cade feel better about his powers...
