Support team? He wasn't used to playing a support role, but given it was the task he was assigned he decided to revert to following orders like he had as a pup. Nevertheless he had been assigned a partner... or maybe it was he that had been assigned to her, but he slid his hands into his pocket. Despite the orders he figured it would behoove him to don some combat gear.

Due to a care package, he had ordered from his company he was currently wearing riot gear, the armor, the shock shield, and the coffin-shaped, poly-fiber, multi-compartmental case on his back was weighed with multiple guns of all kinds. Each of them was loaded with some kind of non-lethal round. The trench- coat, his trade mark, was like with red velvet and multiple compartments including the two sword compartments which held wooden swords, and of course he had loaded the other compartments with various handguns and the like with rubber bullets and "lightning rounds" and the tactical gloves on his hands had brass knuckle adornments with metal electrodes, taser knuckles as they had been listed when he ordered them.

Naturally he had assumed that his partner wouldn't be armed with similar weapons so he had included a set of riot gear and a stun shield next to him so that he or she could use it as well. The trench-coat, however, was his.
"Hope this doesn't turn out to be too boring." He said to himself, shaking his head as he took a seated position on top of a barricade.

With the powers available in the school, his were the least likely to make a difference in a capture job, so he was to rely on the weapons of the humans to save more humans. If only they had decided to use this method where the wolves roamed in order to keep them away from their property instead of bullets.

Savannah hesitantly approached the guy. "Hi,um I'm Savannah your partner." She stuck her hand out, not knowing what to expect. He was much bigger than her, and she wondered what his powers were. She looked at his strange dress. She had picked her gear up from the school, and it looked different.
Savannah felt small and weak compared to this guy, and she could only pray that he was nice to blonde-haired green-eyed country gals. She suddenly felt conscious of her accent, although everyone she met always said it was cute. All these thoughts ran through her head, and it seemed like minutes, but it was only seconds. She waited cautiously for his response.

"Hi,um I'm Savannah your partner." The girl had said to him. He didn't bother to assess her based on any logical criteria, and instead focused on prepping her for teamwork... or at least equipping her for it.
"I'm Zachary Korios." He said taking her hand and bowing. It had become habit to mix both Japanese and American greeting customs lately. Plus her accent was new which made her interesting.

"There's some riot gear on the barricade for you, it's one size fits all and I can help you adjust it. There's a holster there that will have to be altered for your size and I have guns loaded with non-lethal ammunition. The shield there is a stun shield, it has an 850,000 volt output. Fire arms are in my case. These are tools to make the job easier, but honestly I'm thinking this may be overkill." He explained. He thought to make sure he had covered everything, and for a while he thought he had, but then something else occurred to him.

"All of this is optional, I don't know your powers or skill-set, but if you don't want any of these for whatever reason, don't feel obligated." He explained. He figured that would be the end of what he needed to cover and that they could get to the more informal conversation.
"Nice to meet you by the way." He added with a smile.

"I'll take them she said, feeling a little dazed. She only understood about half of what he said about all that stuff."You'll have to excuse me, I'm a little new to this." She stated."I'm going to go grab some stuff, and I'll be right back" She walked away slowly.

He shrugged at her statement, moving with her to the gear.
"Just stick to the gear and the shield. It will protect you if they get violent and we'll move forward after that." He offered. At worst he figured he would just be able to hand her something. He didn't know if she had any experience with fire arms, but these were mostly just infected people. He wasn't worried about it, though concern did start to grow.

Maybe he was being too serious? It became somewhat clear this girl wasn't combat trained, but that didn't mean this wasn't going to be a worthwhile exercise. And he had been accused of being too militant before.
"And we'll protect them, but to do that we have to make sure we're protected too. That being said we're on support so we may not even have to do anything but walk around and make sure the area is safe. We'll be fine." He said with a smile.

He shrugged and took a seat back on the barricade, wondering just how bad this whole situation was going to get. It wasn't going to be good if it got too big, and he figured that he could count the city as in dire need of help if it managed to spill over to them anyway, but he moved forward nonetheless... or as forward as twiddling one's thumbs could get.
"Have a seat, tell me about yourself rookie. We've got enough to worry about without having to worry about what we don't know about the other." He said, thinking at the same time that his abilities might further intimidate the girl. He wasn't afraid of the reaction, but he was realistic in his assumptions that the word "werewolf" tended to make people think of the mindless rampaging beasts of fairy tale. Besides, he wasn't planning on using very many, if any of his abilities anyway.

Savannah grabbed her equipment and turned as he spoke.

"Have a seat, tell me about yourself rookie. We've got enough to worry about without having to worry about what we don't know about the other."

Savannah crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow. "Well I'll tell you one thing, there will be none of this commander nonsense on this team." She wasn't afraid of his response, she had forcefields! "Now, let's see here where should I begin? Ah yes. I'm strong, stubborn, fast, hardworking and impossibly loyal. I can make forcefields around myself and I can turn myself and other things invisible. Any other questions?! She stared at him, tapping her foot impatiently, waiting for him to tell her of his powers and such. She quietly congratulated herself for being so brave.
