In regards to the most recent announcement, I have the following questions for the staff:

Is this survey anonymous?

Does having or not having a google docs account affect my ability to participate in the survey?

I was unable to utilize it on my phone, but I will try it when I am on laptop. However, I do not want to have to use my google docs account for anything other than school. Thank you for your time.
