Sherry shrugged at his thanks. She only did it because she was tired of beating around the bush. Tucker was old enough to understand some of the shit of that time and she did love her history. From another point of view things always looked different even if the same events were witnessed at the same time. She knew that one for a fact.

"It better be. You may have lived a long time, but it doesn't mean I can't find a way to kill you. I've toned down since my days as the Moonlight Assassin, but I'm still the same assassin. Not to worry though I have promised to keep my trade a secret from the underground parts of Manta Carlos."

Sherry started to take a step towards Tucker and disappeared only to reappear on the other side of the desk from him. He may have magic, but Sherry could find a way to deal with it. Everything had a weakness. Man the assassin part of her mind scared her these days. Might have to find someone who needs to be killed just get rid the impulses.

"Want to grab a drink? Wouldn't mind hearing history from another point of view. These days I'm a History Buff, party girl, then assassin. Well the party girl is something else entirely. Who knows, I might reveal more. And no that isn't a chance for you to bribe me with anything. Simply put everyone has stories to share, and I'm sure some of my assassinations were mysterious enough that people have no idea how I did it. Fun stories really."

Tucker was familiar with immortals changing lives once in a while so it was easy for him to accept that Sherry had done the same thing hiding the face that she was an iconic figure in history (or myth). He'd know; he did that almost every decade to hide his tracks.

"It better be. You may have lived a long time, but it doesn't mean I can't find a way to kill you. I've toned down since my days as the Moonlight Assassin, but I'm still the same assassin. Not to worry though I have promised to keep my trade a secret from the underground parts of Manta Carlos."

"You don't have to worry about a thing. I might as well be a keeper of secrets with all the things I have to keep my mouth shut about," he said, followed by a soft chuckle.

Tucker was, admittedly, a bit worried about Sherry's threats, of course. Deathless as he was, he could still feel if a knife was suddenly jabbed into his chest. It would hurt all the same and he would literally have to live through that until it heals. That would be horrifying.

Simply put everyone has stories to share, and I'm sure some of my assassinations were mysterious enough that people have no idea how I did it. Fun stories really."

"No one's really uncovered how some of the military officers died back during the shogunate. That was a shock to my fellow scholars and none of us could ever crack the case," he said. Given that Sherry already knew his origins, he didn't need to hide that fact that he was there during the assassinations. He figured it would be better if she knew so it would be easy for him to find out more about the mysterious assassin that threatened the empire. "Of course, I'd know that would have been your doing."

Tucker pushed himself away from the table and walked past Sherry casually, "But yes, this conversation over history would be nice over a drink; after all, that's about 600 years from my perspective. You should meet my daughter though. She has a lot more stories than I." He stopped at the door and turned to Sherry, gesturing towards the exit, "Shall we?"

"Alright I'll believe ya. Just...Can never be too careful on the Island ya know. Or in general. I really need to socialize with non-party people. Jeez."

Sherry had to admit she was overthinking this. Not everyone was out to kill her or get in her pants. Some people just liked to talk. And talking was something Tucker seemed to enjoy doing. She had to wonder what Tucker looked like as a kid, perhaps she had already met him at one point. Pretending to be a servant girl was one of her favorite things to do before killing someone during those times.

"Ahh. Those were some of the best times. See these days if I tried to assassinate someone in the same manner as I did back then I could be found. And trust me I tried. Got hired about 20 years ago to deal with someone who was involved in human trafficking. Killed him and the police almost traced everything back to me. So I stone their records, evidence, and the data and disappeared elsewhere into some nobody."

Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to be bragging about getting away with murder. Well, it was just talking about history still, comparing today to back then. Picking up her things from the desk, Sherry starts walking out the door with her work clothing slung over her shoulder and the brief case in her hand. She gave Tucker a simple "follow me" gesture. She didn't want to talk about that stuff on academy grounds anymore. Felt kind of dirty.

"Daughter huh? I'm sure the three of us could share some interesting times. Know anyplace that's open for a drink or you have some place else in mind? I don't feel like going to any of the night clubs and some of the bars on the strip this early. People might think I have a problem."

She did drink a lot, but it was social drinking for the most part. Well...Okay maybe Sherry did have a problem but she didn't have much else to do with her time and most alcohol didn't effect her as much. Maybe because of her clones, she didn't know. Hard to test that one out.

"Hmm...Don't ask me to give too many details about my methods. There is a reason I'm one of history's best assassins."

"Understandable," Tucker replied calmly. Though he never had troubles about people chasing after his head (as far as he knew), there was a reason why he always covered his tracks every time he left.

But Sherry was right, the longer they live, the harder it was to do just that. Evidence could get easily dug up nowadays, being immortal was starting to get... a little tedious. "Hopefully that's one mystery that was never uncovered," he jested, "It might be too forward of me, but I'm glad you managed to escape that problem. I would have lost the opportunity of getting to meet another legend." Other than having to study magic, getting to meet the greatest mysteries of the world was one of Tucker's interests. He always felt somehow fulfilled when he did.

Tucker followed behind Sherry without complaint and listened to her talk as they walked down the hallway. "She's... chattery. I'm sure you'd hear a lot from her," he explained. Tamara was really talkative even though now she was mute. It feels like nothing could stop her from talking too much. "I usually go for a... lighter drink when it's this early in the day..." there was a pause, "Ah, but there is one place I know. Upper floor looks like a cafe but there's a bar underground which is invites only. No one would notice you at all," he told her, taking a faster pace that he was now walking alongside her.

"Don't worry about the invitation. I know the owner personally and you don't need to worry about me asking you about your techniques," he turned to look at Sherry with an assuring (though a little suspicious) smile, "I don't ask the magician to reveal their secrets. Directly, that is."

"So weird being called a Legend. While true, still weird."

Sherry didn't mind chatty people. Made for good talks if they were on the same topic especially if it was history. Then Sherry would enjoy herself far more then normal. Nothing beats a conversation with another Immortal. Expect for pizza. Everything went better with pizza.

"If you mean Gomorrah then there might be a few faces that know me. Let's just say....That I have plenty of non-human friends who get me in there from time to time. Met the owner too. Learned the hard way that trying to out drink him is a terrible idea."

Sherry only could recall that night because of her Shadow Clone. And man did that shit still make her uneasy to think about. She had drank what the world had to offer and drinking what He gave her was....Might as well have been high or plastered far before that.

"Better place then any really. Most won't bother me there anyway. Kinda of....Knife happy when I'm drinking. And man if you want try to learn my tricks all I can say is good luck. To be honest I have no idea how I even do half of the things I do. It's just muscle memory at this point, along with just my body remembering things as well."

"Let's be real, by the way you live, I'm sure it's not something you'd get used to." If Sherry was indeed hiding the fact she was the assassin passed down through imperial families then he's sure enough only a few people know about her status as a legendary figure.

At the mention of Gomorrah, Tucker scoffed, though he tried to hide it and pretended to laugh. "I steer clear away from that place, Sherry. I know the owner too, but I'd rather not go places I know where he would be in." After hearing Mikhainon had put up his own establishment on the island, Tucker was decided he'd never go anywhere near Gomorrah. As if having that devil on the same island was bad enough, going to that place was practically walking back to hell.

"There's another place in the city and the owner, Ms. Beirne and I are on better terms than Mr. Baltimore." There was venom as he said Mikhainon's other name. He didn't think he'd come up in a conversation like this. His focus was momentarily redirected to the devil before he turned to Sherry with a false smile.

"So have you ever heard of Sleepy Hollow? It's a cafe from the outside and for the general public but Cóiste Bodhar, the bar downstairs for private parties. I was told it was fairly new."

[[ ooc: i'm actually supposed to make that character with that cafe but i havent got to it yet so-- ]]

"Oh really? Well then we're both on the same page about that damn place. Still serves the best drinks around so I don't complain. Much."

Sherry found it slightly comforting that both had the same opinion of Gomorrah. Means she wouldn't run into him there and that she could possibly avoid the place. With Tucker bringing up Sleepy Hallow she didn't ring a bell outside of the story.

"Haven't heard of it. Sounds more like something a casual drinker heads to just to sit around and relax. Talk with people instead of being alone at the bar. If that makes any sort of sense to you."

At this point Sherry stopped walking when she heard how Tucker had said Gabriel's name. There had to be some kind of bad blood between the two. This made things more dangerous for Tucker as he just became more interesting to her. She'd so have to see how he goes about his daily life now. Maybe something interesting could happen and she'd surprise him knowing what it is.

"Sounds good to me then. Long as they got something that isn't weak... Who am I kidding most drinks don't give me a kick anymore. That's what you get for living for so long I suppose. On the plus side no one can take advantage of me so easily. Hope that one guy is alright. Almost sliced his hand off when he tried to grope me."

With as nonchalant as Sherry spoke it was clear she gave no fucks about what she did to people. She had no reason to currently. Very few held her attention and even less could she find interest to care about. Thinking things over she had to know one thing though.

"So out of curiosity you have any keepsakes from then? Like something from one of my kills? Be nice to see an old relic like that. Hell might have a few more I could add to your collection if you keep them in pretty good condition. All I need anymore is just one of these."

With that the same ole kunai appears in Sherry's hand spinning on her finger once more.

"The Coiste Bodhar has some drinks you might enjoy but I can't say I can compare them to that place. I've never been there nor do I plan on doing so," He said, regaining his full composure. Seeing Mikhainon's new face makes me sick, he added only in his thoughts.

"Sleepy Hollow is mostly a cafe so I'm not surprised you haven't been there," Tucker explained. "And I guess I might as well go saying that Coiste Bodhar is a bit more underground. Not even her employees in the cafe are allowed in unless they're given special privileges, as I've been told."

Tucker was speaking when Sherry stopped walking that he almost didn't notice until after he was done speaking. As he did, he turned to look at her.

Tucker chuckled as they both continued to walk. "You don't need to worry about that. No one ever dares to try that at the Coiste. And if anyone did, they'd answer to Aisling." Or more like, they'd be answering to death. Tucker had somehow escaped her wrath by never letting the dullahan know his real name.

"So out of curiosity you have any keepsakes from then? Like something from one of my kills? Be nice to see an old relic like that. Hell might have a few more I could add to your collection if you keep them in pretty good condition. All I need anymore is just one of these."

A hum was heard from Tucker. Keepsakes? He had quite a collection of historical items in his possession and each one was from a different time period. He nodded, "I've kept a few of the blades you've left behind. I have a collection of particular weapons in my possession," he said, confidence ringing in his tone.

"Quite a feat that I've managed to hide your blades from others, if I do say so myself. I might have been suspected as the murderer if they found the weapons with me," he said, almost laughing.

"If you can vouch for it then by all means lead the way. Sides sounds like a good way to meet friends like that. Could use a few more with the fear that Coiste and Gabriel seem to give people."

With the way Sherry was talking it was sounding more like people she needed to protect her from things if needed. She still knew people were out there looking for her and needed that kind of fear to keep herself, and those on the island possibly safe. But those were more serious thoughts for another time and place. No need to bring it up just yet.

"If you could hold a dagger and use it properly I'd be amazed. Still would be nice to see some of my old daggers. I still only have two from that time and only one from a time prior. And you've been looking at one of them. This kunai is the only thing I still have from that time period. Well and my old assassin outfit."

A small crack at the start about whether he would even have been suspected. He looked frail but Sherry knew enough by now to know he had spells at his disposal. Still he was rather interesting, especially whatever it to have such a distaste for Gabriel.

"You'll find Aisling good company as long as you're not on her list and I'm sure that's the least if your concerns given our situations," Tucker said. It had occured to him how vague his words were but he didn't put much thought into it. What was the fun in spoiling it? Aisling was basically the grim reaper, and immortals like them were simply out of her grasp. He only hoped that Sherry's name was just as thrown into obscurity as his.

"If you could hold a dagger and use it properly I'd be amazed. Still would be nice to see some of my old daggers. I still only have two from that time and only one from a time prior. And you've been looking at one of them. This kunai is the only thing I still have from that time period. Well and my old assassin outfit."

Tucker let out a soft laugh, "I wouldn't really say I excell at wielding daggers. I'm more adept with longer blades, though I have tried. The shift of weight can be really jarring," he told Sherry as his gazed turned to the blade she held in her hands. If that was one of her old weapons from that time, then no doubt that it could be one of those she used to kill. It reminded him of the fear that he could have been silenced as early as that. And yet the assassin never came for him. "I'm not surprised that you've kept a few blades; as for your outfit... I supposed that one I didn't expect," he added.

The two apparently had been walking for a bit that by then they were in town and not far from them, there was a young lady in a mourner's garb, the dark-colored dress, veil and everything. Tucker could easily see her from afar.

Is what he would say if the woman wasn't already meeting with them. "Aisling! Just the person I needed to see."

"Niall!" Aisling called, greeting Tucker with a brief hug. As she pulled away she turned to Sherry. "I see you have a guest today."

There was a momentary pause as she walked to Sherry, pinning a black rose on her dress before she turned to Tucker. "I'm guessing you'd both rather be seated at the Coiste. You'll be needing that to... be out of harm's way." she said ominously. Tucker could only chuckle.
