Normally wears some kind of skirt with shorts underneath. Enjoys clothing that portrays a sort of "innocent" look to them, though to her it isn't seen as such in her mind. It just looks pretty and it looks good on her.
Her hair tends to change color depending on the time of year, always with a single hair sticking up from her head that for whatever reason will not go down. Cutting it just causes another hair on her head to rise up and take its place. A small sunflower beret is in her hair at all times unless sleeping, which has a face on it if someone looks close enough.
Personality Description: Lily is...Innocent is the best word to describe her. The way she speaks is almost always soft spoken. She rarely speaks her mind and will almost always be walked over by people or guilt trip rather easily. However she is extremely polite to the point these things seem more to her she's being just that, polite and helping people or being around people. She is rather naive about a lot of things as well, which is where her friend Root helps her understand certain things or keeps her out of danger.

Lily has power of plants. She can control their rate of growth, how they move, and can bend some plants to her will. She has a few abilities with her control over plants, though most are rather harmless because of her personality and nature at heart. Lily doesn't exactly communicate with nature either, and has only brought one thing to life and that was her friend Root.

Rapid Growth - Self Explanatory: Lily can make nearby plants grow at a quicker rate then normal, which helps if trees or other plants have been planted and she wants to see them all grown up. Lily can also make trees and other plants go into full bloom if she focuses enough on it. She could basically turn a small personal garden that was just planted into a full blooming garden of fresh vegetables within moments.
Plant Revival - Lily understands plants return to the earth to make it so other plants can grow in their spot some day, but a wilting flower on someone's desk or a plant that is decoration in a building she can revive, however if the plant isn't taken care of it will still die like normal which she can, and most of the time will, revive it. This can only be done so many times before she uses up the nutrients in the soil where it can't sustain the plant any longer.
Plant Manipulation - Lily can make plants move the way she wants them to, within reason. If she decides to make a leaf into a giant plant form she can also make it, or in her case ask nicely, for the plant to move her and whoever is on the leaf to a different spot. Or turn that same leaf into shade for her and her company.
Grow Root - Lily's other major power is her companion and friend Root. Lily has to physically set Root near soil, twigs, etc for Root to be able to grow into his humanoid state. From then Root can act on his own, but Lily can still force Root back into his smaller state if so need be.

Seasonal Change - Lily's body is attuned to the seasons and changes accordingly to the time of year. Her hair changes colors depending on the time of year (Red in Fall, Purple in Winter, Black in Spring, Yellow in Summer). Her skin can also take on a bright tone depending on how much sunlight she has been in. This also prevents her from getting sunburns or from tanning.
Lily' s body also preforms a sort of photosynthesis. While she doesn't need sunlight to survive and function, she can use sunlight as a way to edge hunger away and keep herself awake. However it is very noticeable how different she is when she hasn't been in sunlight for a while. An example is she could start dozing off from the lack of energy and her skin can become paler. During the Winter and Fall season she noticeably has less energy and will to do anything that requires too much activity. However like a normal human she can still survive and function perfectly fine without sunlight.
Photosynthesis - Lily's photosynthesis also allows her to replace nutrients in the soil if she is physically touching it. This can be with her hands or feet, but nothing can be between them. This allows for her to replenish an area by just sitting down for a picnic in a pair of shorts out in the bright light. While this process can be done without Lily focusing on it, if the sun is out she will naturally do this while sitting down.

The major weaknesses and flaws in Lily's powers come from nature, the soil, and sunlight. Sunlight plays a big factor in what she is able to do as well as the nutrients in the soil around. If there is little of each she cannot preform too many great feats, but can still do them to an extent. She also cannot replace or take nutrients from the soil for her powers if she herself is sick or her body does not have enough nutrients for itself.

Lily was sad at seeing this and pet the plant to try and make it feel better, not knowing better. The plant sprung instantly to life at Lily's touch that her mother was shocked. She ran back inside their home to get her husband when Lily started making the vegetables that were just picked regrow as her parents were coming outside. Both proud and concerned they decided to keep this a secret from everyone else.
The letters from Starlight came after a few months. Her parents didn't believe it at first till one evening a knock on their door introduced them to proof. A man was standing at their door representing Starlight Academy and asked if he could come in. Skeptical her parents let the man inside and listened as she explained Starlight, Manta Carlos, and about magic and mythological creatures being real. To further prove to them he wasn't lying the man held out her arm as it started to slowly grow fur as his mouth began to grow fangs. Within a few moments the man turned into a werewolf, though continued on the conversation as if nothing happened. Lily merely walked up to the man and pet his arm calling him a Big Doggie.
Her parents had seen enough to believe the man and asked what would happen to Lily. They were all offered a place on Manta Carlos so they could still live as a family and no one would be taken away from them. The man simply wanted Lily to grow up in a place she didn't have to fear her powers and could feel normal, to which her parents agreed.
Two years on Manta Carlos is when Lily met Root, her best friend and companion. One day she was out walking with her parents while they were walking through the park when the wind picked up. A small stick broke off from a nearby and fell to the ground, hitting Lily on the head and scratching her face a bit. Lily sat down and began to cry which caused her parents to come over and comfort her, when they all heard a voice. Looking around no one saw anything till Lily picked up the stick that had fallen on her head. Lily started giggling to herself when she felt a presence in the stick.
"You're look like a little root from the garden!"
"Like a...Root?"
"Root...I'ma call you Root!"
"Root....Such a strange girl."
From then on Root and Lily became inseparable, mostly because Lily took Root with her everywhere. With Lily's innocence Root took it upon himself to keep her safe while she went to school and watched over her almost like a parent or an older brother.
