Leon is what most would consider a "pretty boy." His blond hair, blue eyes, and handsome face tend to gather attention of both men and women, however Leon is oblivious to this fact as he does not really know how handsome he is. He keeps his hair rather short, it covering his ears slightly and his bangs kept short.
Normally Leon has a pair of goggles either on his head or around his neck. His attire tends to look more on the typical teenage style of t-shirts and jeans, though it isn't that odd for Leon to be wearing sweat pants and a sweat shirt when he's out jogging. Most of his attrie tends to be orange or varying shades of orange with some blue and black.
Personality Description: Leon is a kind and caring individual who follows his own sense of right and wrong in the world. Sometimes it clashes with what is considered right and wrong by society but he doesn't care as long as he sticks to what he believes in. His voice tends to carry what most would say that "makes them feel at ease and better about themselves."
He always tries to find some way to compliment a person wither it be a simple compliment to their attire, to something they had done, or just simply calling someone handsome or beautiful. Could be something random to cheer someone up or make their day better.
However making Leon into an enemy is a mistake as his attitude changes completely. He becomes more dark and threatening. He still keeps his politeness but he becomes sarcastic to the point of it sounding like venom being spewed out.

Leon's powers all revolve around two things: Swords and Defensive Runes and Armor.
Strong: Infinity Sword - Leon's main power is the ability to make a sword out of thing air and into whatever design he wants. Shape and size mean nothing as everything weighs the same for him. Now this depends on the actual sword itself, for example a 7ft sword he would still have the issue handling the blade's length with each swing but simply holding it with one hand and pointing it at someone would be little effort.
With the sword he can also imbue it with elemental properties if he has seen it at least once. It can take different magical properties as well but those involve Leon working with someone who specalizes in that magical property to imbue his sword with that power. Leon understands the basic elements of fire, water, wind, ice, lightning, light, and darkness. The magical properties he has learned and imbued the sword with come in the form of unbreakable, vanish/resummoning to his hand without having to run for it, using the sword to send of ranged blasts, and making shockwaves.
Swordplay - Leon in his own right is an expert swordsmen. He relies heavily on his swordplay to begin and end a fight. He knows some kendo and iaito, but he relies on his own style as it makes him feel more at home. This is what he also considers his "Abilities" when anyone asks as his swordplay also includes the abilities of the sword he currently is using and the magical properties. While magical properties are available across all the swords he uses, there are two that stand out.
Scatter - Leon stabs his sword into the ground and depending on the sword different things happen. The most common is energy, or the element, shoots out of the ground or goes in a straight line cracking the ground towards his intended target or targets.
Weak: Leon's swordplay isn't the only thing he can do. Another part of his abilities involve have a power defensive rune or runes along with an armor he can dawn at will.
Runes - Leon's runes all display defensive properties which can range from lessening the blow to simply keeping him from being able to be pushed away. However each rune has a "recharge" time before it can be used again. Currently he only knows how to use two of the six runes he knows about.
Barrier Rune: Leon can use this rune to produce a barrier between himself and whatever is attacking him to lessen the blow. The damage lessened depends on factors like speed of the attack, force behind the attack, etc.
Titan Rune: When Leon activates this rune his skin becomes as strong as his sword, being unable to be cut, scratched, or damage. However he still feels the pain just no mark would be left. If the blow would cause a broken bone then Leon at most would feel the pain and have a possible fracture.
Leon also posses the ability to create makeshift armor similar to the way he summons his swords. His current clothing become like a suit of armor in the sense of the amount of protection it provides. There is no noticable change expect for a small glow around Leon's clothing when it takes place. If wearing shorts or short sleeved shirts the armor extends. In a more pratical sense his armor is more akin to a barrier.
Biography: Leon was a person raised right. Taught to be a proper gentlemen to everyone and generally a kind hearted person. There are very few who could say they have any negative feelings towards him.
Leon was born on Manta Carlos Island to a sorceress and magic knight. While growing up he was already used to magic and magical beings that nothing was really a surprise to him. He was raised knowing full well he'd have powers of his own someday and waited for that day. As he grew up it was clear that he was someone who would sit down with the person who was being outcasted and talk with them, cheer them up.
To Leon there was no such thing as right or wrong, just beliefs. While not religious, Leon himself had his own beliefs of what was right and wrong and followed them to the letter despite people not always agreeing with how he did things, mostly in the form of him acting against the wishes of authoritive figures. Everyone deserved to be treated kind and fairly to him.
When Leon discovered his powers he was with his father as he went over the different swords he had used throughout his service as a magic knight. One sword had appeared in his collection that he had no idea about. Leon asked if it was a gift he had forgotten about but his father was sure he had never seen it before. Leon then asked if he could have it for his room as a decoration. Not trusting the sword his father went to grab it but instead of grabbing it the sword appeared in Leon's hand. Both were surprised and became even more surprised when
Leon went out to show his mother what had happened. At the time his mother was outside getting a fire pit going to cook smores that evening and had lit the fire with her magic. Upon seeing this Leon's sword changed shape into a sword completely made of fire, just from sheer observation.
Both parents were startled and went to Starlight to see if they knew anything, Leon's sword left at home as a small test. At Starlight Leon was asked to demostrate what his parents were talking about he held out his hand as the sword began to materalize from thin air into the form when it first appeared. Leon then was asked to turn it into the fire sword. At first he was unsure what they meant but when told to think of fire Leon did and the sword erupted into flames. An idea struck his mother as she made a pillar of ice appear and asked Leon to look at it and do the same thing. Doing so the sword changed into a sword of ice. From then on Leon smiled. He had inherited part of his mother's magic and his father's magic swords.
